It was so strange how sour his mouth felt to think that the journey the two of you had was.over. As a Prince his friends were limited, but he had them. However, he was not expecting to spend this journey with the famous female warrior he had heard about. But he didn't expect for him to...Feel disappointed that you were leaving. Would it be the same thing if it had been Angeal or someone else who had shared the journey with him? Letting out a sigh, he smiled. "So this is it then?" Luneth questioned once you told him that now that your mission was finished, you needed to return to ShinRa. It looked like he didn't like it at all, be was just used to having you at his side most of the time for the last month.

You were used it too, but you didn't work for him, you worked for King Rufus and you needed to return. "My mission  is complete. I need to return, it's likely that Kind Rufus sent an army to fight Kindom Oblivion,  and I must go back." Bowing down you smiled, "It was an honor to serve you."

When you arrived to Kingdom Hearts, you told yourself that you were not here to make friends. However, having to spend days, day and night with people does tend to create some kind of a  bond.

It wasn't that he was worried because he seemed like he was more than competent and would be able to continue to make the right decisions. Of course he probably missed his family too, worried that they were apart from eachother and anything could happen to them. Although it would have been better to keep them together, when to came to keep them safe, that was the best option. It they were to become targets, it would be easier to kill them all at once if they're together.

"And it was an honor to have you, thank you," the male nodded, his lips forming a straight line. "I understand this was your task, to protect us," he paused, "however, if in the near future should you need any assistance do not hesitate to come to me. I'll do whatever it is in my power to assist you in whatever you need help with."

"Thank you," Owen and Raul seemed to have finished preparing the horses. "It's time to leave," but you still had to say something to King Caius. The truth was, you didn't like him.

As you walked to him, Raul and Owen joined you, as you bowed down, you felt his gaze on the back of your head. When you straightened up, his gaze didn't show any sort of emotion on his face, not that he always did. During the small amount of time you spent here, he rarely showed any sort of emotion. Maybe once?  "Thank you for your hospitality, now we shall return."

"Of course, send my regards to King Rufus." Glancing from the corner of your eyes, Raul and Owen didn't want to stay in the presence of King Caius more than they had to. His aura was just quite tense, it affected you too, maybe not to that extent. During the few years that you had to hide under the mask of a young boy, you had to learn to hide your anxiousness, your disconfort, and not to let yourself be intimidated.

"Farewell to all of you." Your companions didn't have to be told twice as they practically ran towards their horses.

Warrior of Light, and the others, stood behind King. Caius, receiving only a nod of acknowledgement from them. You didn't stick around to get to know them more, not that you needed to. It was nice meeting new people but you'll probably not see them again, so maybe it was for the best.

The path you chose wasn't the easiest, or maybe the happiness. There were a lot of things that had to be sacrificed, and although you wondered how it would be to have a normal life, you didn't regret any of it. Maybe if you had a decent childhood, not filled with poverty and death, then maybe you would have taken a different path. Who knew.

Shaking your head, you looked at Owen and Alen from the corner of your eyes. It was definitely worth it, this...This is what you've always wanted but most of all...You were made for this.
