Emma

"Hey, you ready?" Ethan asked, smiling at me as he wrapped his arms around my waist, and pulling me closer. "You're gonna be great." He said. In just about twenty minutes, I was going to be on stage for the kickoff concert. Right now, The 1975 were finishing the opening act.

I took a deep breath, smiling at him. "Yeah I'm ready."

"Emma." He said, taking my hands into his. "I just want you to know that I'm so so so proud of you, and that you're gonna change the world out there. I love you so much."

I quickly pressed my lips to his, before pulling him into a hug. "I love you too. I'm so happy that you get to tour with me."

He tightened his arms around me, breathing me in as I did the same for him. He smelled like his normal cologne. It made me happy.

"Good luck, tonight, baby. You look so amazing." He said.

I sighed as we swayed back and forth. "Damn it, Ethan. I just love you so much."

His lips pecked my neck before he lifted his head back up and leaned down to kiss my lips.

It was a slow kiss, our lips molding softly together and moving together in sync. He gave me one more quick peck before looking at the clock in my dressing room. "Fifteen minutes left." He said, lacing his hand with mine. "Should I let you alone so you can relax for a few before it's time to go?"

"You know me too well." I said, smiling at him.

He started walking towards the door, turning back to look at me before he stopped. "Hey, I love you and I'm proud of you and I can't wait to see you make the stage your own."

I smiled again. "I love you."

He gave me a nod and a little wave before he shut the door behind him as he walked out.

I took a deep breath and looked at the clock. Ten minutes until I have to be backstage. I was pacing back and forth for a few minutes before checking to make sure my hair and makeup was still okay. Ethan did just kiss me.

Everything was in place, and soon enough Olivia was knocking on the door and telling me to go backstage. It's show time.

The band was already on stage, and the lights went down telling me it was time to go.

I walked onstage with my microphone in hand, and Ethan started the first chord.

Lane who was the drummer came in, then Skylar the bass player, then Olivia, and finally me.

When I sang the first note, the stage lights came on, and the crowd went crazy.

I was singing my one of my hit songs called Running which was about Ethan and I while we were apart.

We had a forty five minute set complete with songs from my album, and some cover songs I was performing.

After that, there was a fifteen minute break before we performed for another hour.

We got offstage, and then went back to play an encore song.

Ending the night with "Good Night Los Angeles!" My heart was pumping like crazy with energy from the crowd tonight.
