"Avery! Avery, please open the door!" I shout again, pounding on his door harder. I can feel my hands sting slightly and I notice they're red.
There's no response. I would expect at least some sort of response, seeing as I've been waiting outside his door for the past hour.
"Oh, yeah baby!" I hear another moan from the room downstairs. Ugh.
I sigh and slide down the wall, sitting on the floor. Frustrated isn't even one word to describe how I feel. On one hand, I feel terrible for being the cause of Avery's sadness, but on the other I thought he was over what happened with us. I already promised myself that I would get over him and now that I'm with Calum, I need to fulfil that promise.
I stand again and without hesitation I grab the door knob and barge into his room. What I see takes me by surprise and I feel instant shock and anger.
Molly. Is. Here.
Not only that, but she seems to be having fun pushing her tongue down his throat. But Avery isn't doing anything about it, in fact he seems to be enjoying it, pushing her down on his bed. I want to step in and yell at him for acting like he has feelings for me and then making out with her; but I can't. I feel Like I'm frozen to the ground. Finally my feet seem to respond when I take a step back.
Tears slide down my face before I can stop them, and I turn around quickly and quietly, picking up my bags from the room I was supposed to be staying in and walk down the stairs. Once I reach the living room, I stop once I see Tristan holding Charlie and Noah.
His messy blonde hair is pushed back, light stubble on his chin which is almost non-visible. Tristan gives me a smile that drops as soon as he sees my expression and hears the moaning.
"NATALIA!" Both Charlie and Noah yell at the same time.
Forcing down my tears, I smile as I crouch down and open my arms and pulling them into a hug. They hold onto me tightly, small fingernails digging into my back.
"I've missed you guys so much!" I exclaim as I somehow manage to stand and carry them both in my arms.
"We've missed you too, Lia!" Noah smiles and I notice one of his bottom teeth is now missing.
"You won't believe what happened at school today- wait, what are those noises?" Charlie asks, with a confused expression.
"There's a mean bear upstairs, Charlie. Why don't we go get some ice cream so that the bear can leave when we're gone?" Tristan interrupts with a nervous smile, flushing slightly.
"Yass! Let's go, let's go, let's go!" The adorable twin boys same at the same time again.
I look over at Tristan with a small and awkward smile and he just looks away in response. Still carrying the boys, I make my way out of the house and open the doors to what I assume to be Tristan's car. Once I get Charlie and Noah situated, I turn around and step in front of Tristan.
"Do you think you could talk?" I ask, shyly.
He nods with a small smirk. "Yeah. We have a lot to catch up on." Picking up my bags, flexing his perfect muscles in the process, he puts them in his trunk. "What's with the bags, Natty?"
I shake my head and let out a sigh, still holding my tears back. "Its a really long story."
Opening the front door of his car he smiles. "I've got time."

"So, your sort of going out with this Calum guy?"
I nod again.
"But you still have some feelings for Avery." He asks with another one of his famous smirks.
