Okay, so keep an eye out for violence and references to uncivilized concept. Have fun. And don't forget to leave hurt broken comments. I thrive in sadness. That's a joke, that's clearly a joke. Probably.
Ezra struggled and yelled, fighting desperately to get out of the nurse's hold. It didn't work. It did get the attention of the other patients though. Now out of their hypnotized state, they all started screaming, shoving doctors and nurses away and bagging in walls and furniture.
The sound of chaos reached the basement and echoed through the walls mixing with the screams of pain and cries coming out of each of the cells.
Kanan was struggling too, to get out of the hold of the two doctors, as well as Hera and Sabine.
"Let us go you jerk!" Sabine yelled as she was pushed harder against the floor.
"I'm sorry Ms Wren but I have other plans for you" the doctor said heading to the elevator.
"Throw them in a cell. I will take care of them later" Doctor Lee said as he walked inside, the doors closing behind him and a sick, twisted smile forming on his face.
It did not take long to reach the upper level. He walked past the irritated patients without as much as a second glare. He made his way outside where the inquisitor's TIE was just landing. He stood besides the nurse holding the boy.
He was breathing heavily and looking at the TIE with wide eyes. By now he had already burned himself out and could do nothing but lay limp in the deadly hold the nurse had on him.
The TIE finally touched the ground. The inquisitor jumped out as soon as the hatch opened and landed in front them. His eyes zeroed at Ezra who gulped. Then he turned to doctor Lee.
"Excellent job doctor. The rebels?"
"On the basement. I can get them for you"
"No, I think it will be better to take them after a few sessions with you. Just to make sure we will not be facing any...behavioral problems" the inquisitor said and doctor Lee bowed his head still smiling widely.
"As you wish"
The Inquisitor turned to the boy once more, doctor Lee nodded and the nurse dropped him to the ground. Ezra yelped as more pain flowed from his injuries.
The inquisitor grabbed him by the collar and drag him to the TIE. He stopped for a moment and turned to doctor Lee with a smile.
"Enjoy your treat" he said and kept on walking.
The doctor smiled bigger.
Ezra could do nothing more but wait as he was taken away. Tears rolled down his faces as he realized this was the first time he had been outside in months and probably the last. Those few last seconds before he was taken away, he took in the view. The grass was dancing as the air was blowing. It were as if the fields were waving him goodbye while the sun was setting, it's warmth caressing Ezra's face. And then it was all gone as the inquisitor used the force to drop him in, jumped in and took off.
He didn't speak, he didn't even acknowledge Ezra and Ezra was grateful for that. Because he knew, it wouldn't last long.
-----------------------------------------------------------
Kanan punched the door and again and again and again. His wrists were bleeding, his teeth were so clenched that he was sure they would crack but he didn't stop, he would never stop.
"Kanan" Hera tried. He didn't listen, he kept punching and growling.
"Kanan please" she tried again as she held Sabine tighter. The nurses did a number on her. A few bruises and cuts and a scar on her forehead which was bleeding. The girl who would usually shove her away was now laying her head on her shoulder.
Kanan kept punching again and again and again-
"Kanan STOP!"
"NO! They have him. I can't just stay here and do nothing!"
"By breaking your hands you are not going to help Ezra or us"
Kanan was breathing heavily as he rested his head on the door. Blood was rolling down his hands and dropping on the floor. The pain coming from his hands were nothing compared to the pain coming from his heart.
It would be simple to open the door with the force but somehow, he couldn't use it.
He turned to Hera and Sabine. Hera was holding Sabine tightly against her side and Sabine had her head on Hera's shoulder. From her facial expression he could see she was hurting and probably feeling dizzy.
He walked up to them and knelt down in front of her.
"Are you okay?" he asked. He'd put a hand on her shoulder, if he could feel his arms and if he weren't bleeding.
"Yeah, I'm fine. I just need some time" she said and closed her eyes. Hera smiled sadly and so did Kanan. He turned to her.
"I'm sorry"
He mouthed
"It's okay"
She mouthed back. She extended her free hand for Kanan to take. His hand was sore and bloody. But he placed it above hers anyway. She took it and run her thumb over the bruises and blood and he winced. She sighed and kissed his hand.
He smiled and she smiled and Sabine smiled as she looked at them with her half-lidded eyes. It was a nice moment. Moments like that were so rare. The world felt like it was falling apart and yet, right then and there, that moment, that exact moment, everything was so pure, so calm, so perfect. And then that moment ended.
The door opened with a hiss and doctor Lee walked in.
"I see you've made yourselves comfortable"
Hera's hand tightened around Sabine, while Kanan took his hand from her as he stood up and stood in front of them. He wouldn't let him hurt them, not them too.
"Do not worry about the boy. He is in good hands"
"What have you done to him?" Kanan growled, anger rising up on him. He clenched his fists, which resulted in more blood falling.
"I delivered him to the inquisitor of course. This was the plan all along. To break the boys spirit, to make him valnurable to the dark side. I have to say I really enjoyed our sessions" he said his back on Kanan.
"Sessions?" Kanan said through clenched teeth. More and more blood was running down his hands.
"Yeas, of course. The beating, the drugs, the sex"
Hera gasped, Sabine sat up too quickly, which resulted in a huge wave of dizziness to make her vision blurred and her head hurt.
Kanan shoved doctor Lee on the wall and punched him. He picked him by his suit and hit him on the wall again.
"You...you monster! You TOUCHED him?!" Kanan yelled and doctor Lee laughed. He laughed hard, almost as if he were a maniac. He looked up at Kanan.
"Come on, kill me. Accept the darkness in you and become the thing you are most afraid of. A sith" The doctor said as he looked up at Kanan, his smile was big, too big, and twisted. Blood was running from the corner of his mouth, his teeth were red, all evidence of Kanan's punch.
Kanan let go of him and walked away. He stood in front of Hera and Sabine again. Hera glared at the doctor with more hate than Kanan had ever seen on her beautiful, green face. Sabine was still dizzy, but agitated nonetheless.
The doctor sat up and wiped his mouth, blood staining red his white medical robe. He leaned against the wall arms crossed.
"Now, that we are all calm. We can have a civil conversation about the true purpose of this hospital. And then, were gonna have some fun" he said his smile widening even more. Now the blood was not only from Kanan punch, but from his overly stretched lips, which he licked.
Kanan moved closer to Hera and Sabine making sure he was covering them both. Things were bad, things we're really bad.
Yep.
