It was three days now until the first task takes place. Beatrice was chewing her gums nervously as she saw how Cedric began missing his lessons. She sighed and put her book tiredly into the potions book table. She absentmindedly began to work on her potion. She soon had a draught of the living dead in her hands, and she walked toward the greasy-haired professor.

He examined it and said under his breath, "not your best work Ms. Black. Clean your station and you shall be dismissed".

Severus knew that his student seemed absent-minded today at class, and he knew that the pinnacle of trouble was a certain bronzed haired boy who hadn't turn up to his potions class for three days.

She obliged and as she walked out she caught a glimpse of her boyfriend who was perched at the window near the great hall waiting for her.

He soon made his way towards her and murmured into her hair, "let's go to the Black Lake, I need to show you something".

She was adamant to miss her free period, she still needed to finish her homework. She was not excused from any classwork just because her boyfriend was a contestant.

As they walked hand in hand, he cast a Patronus charm which only produced wisps of light.

He shook his head and said, "I can't produce a corporeal Patronus, but I know you can, I want to prepare for my task. I don't know what to expect, maybe some dementors or boggarts. Please, teach me", he pleaded.

She kissed his hand a took two steps backward.

She closed her eyes and said "You have to think of a happy memory, once that brings you joy and fills you up with a warm feeling. For instance, the happy memory I used for the first time with Moony was in Grimmauld when Remus and I tried to manhandle Sirius into giving in the bottle of Vodka instead of pouring it into his tea. We chased him down in his animagus form, where the bottle still hanged from his nuzzle".

The girl smiled at the memory and saw Cedric smiling fondly at her too. She remembered Moony always being persistent on teaching her that charm. He said it would come handy whenever she was faced with a dark force, or simply wanted to communicate. Also, it showed her inner spirit animal that she could cherish. Sirius even joked about getting enough supplies this summer so that she could complete transforming into an animagus. Remus scolded Sirius as he barked in laughter.

She quickly thought of the moment and extended her want to cast the charm, "Expecto Patronum!".

Suddenly in front of her a majestic tiger with silver wisps formed. Cedric thought about how it fits perfectly with the girl being a Gryffindor and such. The tiger represented Tris's ferocious protective nature. Remus told her that her father and mother sported the same Patronus as her, as it was a common trait that Slytherins produced such animals.

However, this one differed from any other she had produced. It had a flowing sort of electricity, it glowed more than usual, and its eyes had an electric blue hue to them. Before this time, her wisp was only white and how a usual Patronus would be. However, her latest production left her puzzled and soon mentally checked that she ought to ask Remus and Sirius for answers.

Cedric gaped in awe. He knew his girlfriend was bloody amazing, but a tiger proved her loyalty and her fierce nature when it came to protecting her friends. Her tiger suddenly found its way towards the bronze haired boy and it purred gleefully as it rounded him playfully.

The big cat disappeared and Tris nodded to Ced, "your turn, pretty boy golden boy Diggory".

He let out a scoff and a soft glare. He proceeded to close his eyes, but he could not produce any memories. Beatrice held his hand and he closed his eyes once again. His happiest memory was about Tris. They ran in the field as they neared the portkey at the quidditch finals, he stumbled and brought her down with him as he saw the happy smile and the sunrise gleaming through her dark hair. He found his hand in her hair and connected his lips to her.
