"Oi! Big Head Girl! It's time to wake up and go to King's Cross. Blimey, you two, such a menace. Warn me next time I walk into my big brother and my best friend canoodling. It's disgusting. Now, William Weasley, we need our little-ickle Tris".
Fred barged in into Regulus's room, screaming at the sight of both sleepings in each other arms.
Bill grumbled, grabbed a pillow and chucked it at the annoying red-head twin.
"Merlin, Bill, this face is priceless, and you go around throwing me stuff, such a menace, are you serious?"
Beatrice laughed and said, "No ickle-Fred, he's Will, not Sirius. If you are looking for him, he's probably downstairs in the kitchen".
Bill burst out laughing and hugged his girlfriend. Girlfriend. He couldn't believe it. The girl he was pinning for since he heard of her through letters was in his arms. Of course, she had suffered a great deal, but he wasn't taking advantage of her situation. He would rather die to force her into something she wasn't ready for. He quickly pecked her lips and she blushed.
Tris was truly happy. It was not a lie if she said she did not find Bill Weasley attractive and easy to love since he met him. Of course, she had Cedric, but now, she needed to move on for his sake. It was his dying wish, for Merlin's sake. The first step into her recovery was accepting the fact that Cedric was gone and having to live with it, and then to move one and find her happiness. It was useless to be stuck in a memory in the middle of a war. She will always love Cedric, he forever had a piece of her heart, she was sure Bill also knew that and respected it.
She hugged the man, craving a bit more warmth. Even if it was mere hours that they called themselves an official pair, she had noticed that there were different feelings. She could not help to compare both men.
Cedric always felt as if she were stuck in a daydream. Her belly would erupt with butterflies, and every time they kissed, fireworks went off in her mind. It was a perfect dream; too good to be true.
As for Will, she felt warm with him, she would be comfortable and it just felt right. His hugs and affection screamed of home and a log fire burning in the distance. It was a feeling she could not quite pinpoint, but it just feels right for her.
When she finally managed to dress up with her usual black jeans, combat boots, burgundy turtleneck, and her signature black coat, she pinned her Head Girl badge and closed her trunk, hoping she wouldn't forget anything for her last year.
She hauled Artemis back into her cage and apparated downstairs. Soon, Bill motioned her to have breakfast. She ate and talked with him about Hogwarts.
"You know, if you ever need me, I'll get Sirius to teach me the fire thing he does. Besides, I packed some sleeping draughts in your trunk if you ever have any nightmares. I don't want to be overbearing, but I will write every time I can. Merlin, I'll miss you, Rose. Just one more year", the older Weasley beckoned and kissed her forehead.
"Thank you, Will, what would I do without you? I'll miss you too. Don't worry, I'll probably bawl when I hug you goodbye. I cry a lot nowadays. Let's hope this year is fine compared to every other year. Harry, please don't get in trouble this year", she answered.
"Wishful thinking," the twins said in unison from the other side of the table.
She continued to sip her tea as the twins watched suspiciously.
George broke the ice. "So, Ickle-Bill, since when are you shagging our best friend?"
Beatrice visibly choked and turned red. Bill coughed covering his embarrassment. He patted Beatrice's back and glared at the boys for making her spit out her tea. Fred roared as he laughed, attracting the attention of and unsuspicious Molly Weasley who hid and listened to the exchange.
