Thunder had struck at Hogwarts. Godric, this was it.

Lighting. Thunder. Currents. Death. All of them rumbled and roared inside her body, ready to be released. There is no end to Beatrice Weasley's powers. There was no end, no bottom of the cauldron, and no stop. She shakily reached for Cedric's wand. She was going to honor him this way and hoped he would find her in the afterlife.

She closed her eyes and one single tear slipped out.

She is Beatrice Weasley- and she would not be afraid.

She would not yield.

Her father once said, 'Us Black's, we do not yield'.

She wasn't going to give up. Not until there was a better world. A better world for the children dragged into this war, for Teddy, for Nymphadora and Remus to be the best parents they can, so that Sirius takes care of Harry, for Bill to move on and live.

She apparated into Hogsmeade, ready to be escorted by Aberforth Dumbledore. Before all the group could venture inside the hidden passageway, Aberforth pulled the girl by her cloak.

"Black, Albus left something for you before he passed. He said to give it to you when the time it right. That time is now. Here. He left me clear instructions that you are to read this alone, so I leave this door open when you decide to go to Hogwarts".

"Thank you, Aberforth, despite everything, Albus had good intentions, and he was a dreamer in search for a better world", she replied.

Soon, she unclasped the scroll and rolled in out to examine the contents of the letter.

"To Beatrice Black,

My child, you have along this fight been so very brave and intelligent. For your power requires one final sacrifice. Nameless is the price. The price I do not know, for its nameless. Nameless is death. Death is in you. One last final sacrifice, one last bargain, one last game. It is all there. You are our only hope. For a better world.

APWBD"

Her hand shook there. Nameless is the price. One last bargain.

She needed to play with death, needed to play along with it's rules.

She sobbed there. She was scared and lost. She was scared to greet death with open arms, so scared that is was to be painful, so scared that she would be forgotten.

She heaved and inhaled for air. This was her fate all along. She needed to accept it. She needed to do this.

For a better world, she would pay whatever price.

She shredded the letter and continued to the dark hallway leading outside the great hall.

She tucked her hand inside of Bill's who had stiffened. She knew the man was scared for what was to come. She carressed his hand with her thumb and he looked back at her.

"Regardless of what happens, Bill, I will always love you", she said to him.

He tucked her head beneath his chin as he held her in reassurance. Bill knew that they had to be fine after this. He needed his saving grace with him, wanted to grow old and wrinkly with her, bear his children, drop them at Hogwarts and die of old age back at Shell Cottage. He needed that to happen. He was fighting for his future with the woman he loved.

"I love you too, we'll be alright after this. We'll go home and do whatever you want, even if it's eating treacle tart all day".

She laughed at him with a last blissful smile, Kingsley opened the doors to the Hall.
