A little bit of love (boy x boy)

Chap 5. Starting with a question

' Henry and Gabriel. Oscar and Jenny. Andrew and Evan. Liam and Jayden...... ' Liam immediately groaned. The boy with round spectacles look back  from his seat and glares at Liam who gladly return the favour. 

  Everyone in school knows who Jayden is, at least recognize his appearance but usually people know him by the nickname ' Nerd Boy ' . He is a straight A student with perfect marks and literally a teacher's pet. He likes to report to the teachers on anyone who violated the school rules. From secretly sexting to your lover during class to snogging publicly in school grounds. He's on it. So well overall, probably that's way people hate him so much. Curse him and his sharp eagle eyes. 

  Liam hundred percent understand the feeling because he himself, had been told on by Jayden tons of time so..... Really! Who could blame the jock for despising Jayden?? No ones like to be told on. So if you're wondering, yes, Jayden was the young boy who pipe up when the principal ask who started the fight during recess. 

  ' Gosh, him out of everyone!! ' Liam curses loudly, not caring when the old teacher snap her head towards him and knowingly push up her glasses. ' Hey, it's not that bad. At least you're not paired with Psycho Mary there. ' Luke whisper, chuckling at the end, finding his lack - of - humor joke really funny. 

  Psycho Mary, or probably just Mary is the school's biggest weirdo. People tend to laugh at her for her silly dressing and odd behavior. She's....different so people like to make fun of her. Names were called, insults were threw, food were chucked.... all towards her. It's pretty sad and miserable for the girl actually , she's suffering from intense bully and no one just seem to care. 

  ' Now, that will be all. You may proceed to take your bags and move next to your partner. ' Mrs. Ward smile excitingly as the students started exchanging seats. Luke chose a fairly good seat. It was not only near the window where you can get some fresh air but also near the  back door so it would be easy for him to escape and skip class. 

  ' Umm.... Mrs. Ward? ' A soft voice called out. All head turn toward the source, Lucas. 

  ' Oh yes dear? ' ' Umm.... I don't think you called my name. ' The class snicker and shook their heads. So Lucas was the unlucky one. There were a total of 25 students in this class, there's bound to have someone who didn't get a partner. And unfortunately, that person is the one and only ..... Lucas Hills. 

  ' What? How could that be? I've already counted, there's only 24 of you. It should be even. Okay does anyone who doesn't have a partner? ' Mrs. Ward was confuse now. She just made the list, it is only 24. Who did I missed?  The bewildered teacher tried to get an answer out of her poor memory. 

  Luke raises his hand. ' Ashley isn't here Ma'am. ' 

  ' Ah yes! Ashley! Her parents called just now and informed me she'll be transferring. I know it's a sudden but it seems they think that she wasn't getting a good influence here. I must have forgotten and put her name in too. ' Mrs. Ward sighs in relive and smack her head lightly. 

  Luke paled when he heard the doomed news. That means..... ' Well, in that case. Lucas and Luke, you'll both have to pair up. ' The teacher smile as she solve the problem with ease. ' No no no !! We're brothers! We know each other even better than we know ourselves. We're very close!' Luke shouts out. 

  Well, glad I'm not the only one who doesn't want to be paired up with you. Lucas thought. 'Close? ' Nope, Mrs. Ward doesn't believe it one bit. She barely sees them hanging out in school or even talking to each other. They act as though they're total strangers. 

  Luke was sniffing and touching his nose while Luke was standing incredibility still like a steel pole. ' Nope, you guys are going to be partners whether you like it or not. Now sit down, Lucas. ' Mrs. Ward felt a little offended. She is a Psychology teacher who reads body languages! For gods sake, at least do something harder for her to guess if they're lying.
