Lucas stood before Luke's room door, his heart pounding. One pull. That's all it take to see Luke laying on the hospital bed..... already awake.
Swoosh. The door slide open but no sign of Luke.
' Luke? ' Lucas croaks out. There isn't anyone inside. The bed sheets were folded neatly, the chairs were pushes in, there is a half - full glass of water on the table side. But no sign of any human being.
He snaps his head back at the footsteps sound behind him. It was only a nurse.
' Hi! May I ask where is the patient of room 527? ' he ask. The nurse look into the room a little and frowns. ' Um.... Sorry. But I don't think I know where the patient went. Maybe you can directly ask the nurse in charge of the patient or look around? I'm sorry. ' She excuses herself and left.
Lucas was not happy with the reply. Despite this, he still walk around the the hospital. Checking on the small garden first since that was the first thing that pop into his mind. But after a few turns around it, there was simply not sign of Luke.
He might be in the cafeteria. Lucas thought. He took an elevator and went down to level 2. As expected it was huge, the poor boy has no idea where to start.
He walks around for a good fifteen minutes. It was actually quit hard to find, considering everyone was wearing the same patient outfit.
' Lucas? ' He froze at his steps. That sound.... What is he doing here? He turns to face the person slowly.
' Aaron. What are you doing here? ' His eyes sharp and fierce. Somehow after their little argument, Lucas isn't that fond of Aaron like he was but thinking again, it's not that boy's fault.
' I'm here to see Luke. Obviously. ' Aaron's intense gaze can match Lucas's perfectly. He put a slight more tone on the last word and direct it towards Lucas who narrows his eyes.
' Where is he? '
' Does it actually concerns you? A person who haven't visit his own brother in five days? ' Aaron shot back.
' Yes it does. You have no idea what I went through. You don't get to judge. In fact, you better tell me where he's at. If not, I'm definitely not going to see you for some time. ' Lucas took out his cell phone and shook tauntingly in front of Aaron, smirking.
Aaron scoffs. ' Using my mother against me. Of course, who would snoop lower than you? '
Lucas wanted to make a comment but the person behind of Aaron seem to have his interest more.
' Since when do you guys fight? ' Aaron turns his body, allowing Lucas to see the person clearly.
' Luke. '
He smiles. ' Hey Lucas. '
The three of them stood there. Aaron was keeping his eyes on both of them while the brothers had their eyes on each other.
Usually, this part will be the best part for those Kdrama to stop the episode. With flawless lighting and blurring the wanted background, the scene couldn't be more beautiful. But you're not here for Kdramas, so the story will go on.
' I'll... give you two some time alone. ' After a lot of staring ten minutes ago, Lucas and Aaron had help Luke back to his room with neither the twin's saying anything along the way.
Aaron excuses himself out of the room and closes the door quietly.
' So uh..... how's life? ' Luke started off with a rather.... weird question.
