Taehyung was infact ethereal walking down the aisle. Everyone was so infatuated with the prince.

But the stares, the look in his mom's eyes, and the plan had Taehyung anxious.

The prince of epiphany couldn't look away, his eyes following Taehyung's move. Taehyung had to hold in his cringe in hope that the prince still didn't want this.

He was getting closer, way to close to the point where the music was fading.

The bridesmaid respectfully takes his bouquet, bowing down at the prince.

Taehyung wanted to so badly not hold Jin-woo's hands. It felt like he was really getting married to the beta.

He didn't want to think about that but it was hard. His doubts were taking over his head.

Everyone in the room sits down, cameras rolling for the whole kingdom to see this live.

Taehyung takes a deep breath, putting on a fake smile.

"We're gathered here today to celebrate the love of prince Taehyung and prince Jin-Woo!" The preacher said. 

Taehyung begins to not pay attention to the preachers words. Everything was fading and all he could think about was Jeongguk.

Was Jeongguk coming?

Taehyung couldn't feel his presence.

Why wasn't he released yet? Taehyung was confused.

The more he thought about it the more anxious he gets. That isn't healthy....

All of this thinking, he didn't even realize that they were about to say I do. "Please Jeongguk...please come!" Taehyung screams in his head.

"Do you, prince Jin-Woo, take Kim Taehyung as your lawfully wedded husband?"

Jin-Woo smiles sadly at the Omega, sighing before saying his reply, "I–I do."

"Do you, prince Taehyung, take Park Jin-Woo as your lawfully wedded husband?" Taehyung's hands became sweaty.

Heart beating fast and words jumbled up in his throat. Fuck, where is his mate?

Taehyung was chanting Jeongguk's name over and over. Everyone was looking at him, waiting for an answer.

Too many eyes were staring at him, making him feel smaller.

Taehyung's sea eyes were glistening, arms growing goosebumps while shaking like he was cold, but he wasn't.

"I–I...."

Taehyung puts his head down, "I–"

"I reject!" A familiar voice yelled, he was slightly out of breath but he was an alpha. He was strong and fit so running wasn't really a big deal for him.

Taehyung snaps his head up, eyes meeting Jeongguk's. Taehyung cried in joy while everyone gasp from shock and the queen being furious.

Taehyung let's go of Jin-woo's hands as Jeongguk runs close to Taehyung, quickly closing the gap between them.

The mates kissed Infront of everyone.

They spilled all of their emotions Infront of the whole room.

The scents of both of the mates were strong, having the ball room filled with confusion and hurt. Hurt from being lied to.

Jeongguk pulls away, smiling at the Omega and caressing his cheek.
