Plot points
ACT II

End of House Fire plot point. Everyone basically returns to school, having heard the news
- Bri is frikin dead ("Dead girl in the pool") **Hi, present me. That sentence was an understatement. Maybe I need to drive it home further: BRI IS FUCKIN DEAD
- Julie starts the rumor that Rich set the fire
- Stacy is pregnant and keeping the baby lol**ooookay...? Not entirely sure why I even had this subplot in the first place tbh...

- Don is hungover but still goes to school

- After school, Don and Tomo get in an argument about the party and how Don could've gotten hurt because of it, and Don argues it was Tomo's idea in the first place. "Sibling Rivalry"
Sibling rivalry - PUP [Don and Tomo get in an argument about the party Don went to last night. Don sings this song, which explains his actions are out of spite more provoked than Tomo's stupid suggestion to take his advice and be more open and make mistakes Senior year. Party it is, right?]
- Tomo feels really bad because he knows he could've gotten his little brother killed. He invites Don to hang and Tomo sings "Wish the World Away"
Wish the world away [Tomo singing this song he wrote as he's hanging out with his brother. The special someone he's singing about is his old girlfriend, who died in a car crash. Don asks why Tomo didn't tell him, and Tomo says Don never asked.]

-Valentines Day
- Ashlie approaches Richard a few days after having heard so many rumors, so she just wants to ask him if he started the fire. She promises not to tell the authorities, only that she was curious
- Richard reluctantly eventually answers yes in a very cryptic and obscure way. Ashlie sees through him to his answer and asks why, and he said for revenge. For justice. For her. Ashlie asks why the heck he would do that, Richard answers that he already answered that question. They start to fight, attracting attention. Richard says he still loves Ashlie and wants her back, grabbing her arm. She pulls away quickly and jumps back.
- Ashlie sings "I Say No" and then informs Richard that she's suing and getting a restraining order. He says fine but asks her on one condition: to keep the fact he started the fire a secret. She sighs and says she can't make promises. Richard lets her go, realizing he's losing his mind because of some girl that isn't even worth it.
I say no [Ashlie finally has enough of Richard's crap and ditches him, finally getting that restraining order]
- Ashlie reports him to the police, and he's a suspect in the trail happening this summer. He's sent to juvie for three days
**Yeah no you think I'm that dumb even in my past? Hell no! He was getting consequences! Arson isn't something you can walk away from, especially if a life was lost. Even though I admit idk how law works

- Dousie sings "Wish you were gay"
Wish you were gay [Dousie still likes Don, but he will never see it]
***Can I just say how much I now hate this song? Ms eyelash couldn't handle rejection so she wrote an entire song about how much she wished he was gay, and then she forced him out of the closer as well as I think his boyfriend? And in the end she said she wasn't upset as long as she could watch two hot hours making out, like.... hhhooooooooo boy, that is awful

- Uni asks Duni to be his valentine ("valentine")

- Cory kicks Jon, Dashlie, DDawn, Duni, and Tommy from the band.

- Dashlie stares at herself in the mirror the following morning and sings "idontwannabeyouanymore"
idontwannabeyouanymore [Dashlie in her fight in dealing with who she is and why she is friends with Stacy]

- Richard gets back the next day
- Don suddenly has an idea for the talent show(the beginning of the school day) and asks if Dashlie would like to join him (he later asks Richard once he returns to school). Dashlie points out they need a teacher to supervise them. Don is crestfallen until he suddenly gets an idea. He then proceeds to kick down Mr. Clarke's door and ask if he'd like to help them. Mr. Clarke agrees
**Mr. Clarke was originally Mr. Thompson, but I changed it when reworking it because I recognized Mr. Thompson literally didn't have any sort of connection with Don. Mr. Clarke is a science teacher and Don loves science. I was trying to implement more of that in the story but it never saw the end
