"Gallant"

I stopped in my tracks, slowly looked up at the building, and gulped. I was really going in. I sighed internally before taking a step forward. If any one was out here and was looking at me they'd probably thought I was weird, but that really wasn't bothering me.
I noticed that Avery hadn't said a word, I really thought she'd want to go in right away, but all she did was silently follow me. When I didn't walk, she didn't walk. I found it very odd. I had called out her name, and yes, she did acknowledge me, but no words left her.
I shrugged it off and forced myself to walk in and Avery followed. I think it was best if I stayed by her side the whole time we were here.
I wondered if Glitchtrap was there, but I found him not in sight. I really hope that meant he wasn't even real and all that happened was just... I shook my head. Maybe it wasn't the best time to think about that stuff.
"Avery?" I said, looking down at her. She stood beside me watching the area around her. She responded with a quiet hum before stopping her examination and looking up at me. "What are you going to do first?" I asked her with a small smile. Hopefully I wouldn't have to go near the animatronics.
Before she could answer a little boy around her age came running passed me, bumping into me. "S-sorry!" He said before immediately running off. A light laugh left me. I wish he'd stay, maybe Avery could've made a friend."Can we just go sit down for a minute?" I furrowed my eyebrows. She was so excited to go, but her demeanor just changed. What was up with her? I pursed my lips in thought before deciding to ask her what was wrong. We walked over to an empty table and sat down.
"Are you alright, Avery?" I asked. For a moment she didn't respond and just stared into her lap. "Avery?" I called out to her. Thankfully she responded this time, not by speaking, but a small nod. I sighed lightly and placed my elbows onto the table and leaned onto my hands. I silently stared at the kids near the animatronic's stage.
"Having fun?" A chilling and almost familiar voice spoke which almost made me jump out of my seat. I turned towards the voice hesitantly.
It was a man. He had long brunette hair that reached his shoulders, grey eyes and wore a rather bright purple suit that almost looked a little to big for him. He looked a little underweight for how tall he was. He looked around 6'3 to 6'5, but I couldn't really tell. I found the attire weird, but shook the thought aside. I was just being rude. I smiled lightly. "Oh! I suppose so." I replied almost quietly. There was something about this guy that didn't sit well with me. I really wanted to leave.
He placed himself beside me. "I saw you talking to yourself? Are you alright?" As he spoke I furrowed my eyebrows. Clearly, I had not been talking to myself. Avery sat right beside me..
I looked over to the left of me in the seat she sat in. She was there. What the hell was he talking about? "I wasn't talking to myself..?" It came out more of a question than anything, but I really had been confused.
A smile that seemed to be genuine was placed on his lips, but it sent chills down my spine. Instead of returning the smile, I frowned and looked at him questionably. "Sure you weren't." He replied.
"But..."I paused, looked at Avery again, then back at the man. It was like he couldn't see her.
I hesitantly tapped Avery's shoulder. She looked up at me with an innocent smile. "He can't see me silly! No one, but you can!" She giggled. The laugh sounded innocent, but it was unnerving. "I'm just a figment of your imagination!" She continued to laugh.
Nothing left me, and my eyes were wide. Was everything that happened after I awoke really all.. "Y-you don't see her?"
His smile widened. "See who? Are you sure you're alright?"
I once again looked at Avery who was smiling at me, then to my lap. If he couldn't see her then she really isn't the real Avery.
I began to tremble, almost very noticeably, and tears pricked my eyes. "Was everything that happened with him real then?" Why was everything so confusing. No wonder I had no clue why she was in my house. No wonder she-
"You know that I'm dead, right?" Avery whispered the words in to my ear.
And that's when I couldn't take it. I stood up quickly almost knocking down the chair and turned towards the entrance. Before I could run out, unfortunately, the man with the bright purple suit stopped me.
"You're trembling like a leaf. Maybe you should sit back down." He placed a hand on my shoulder. It all honesty, I wanted to take his hand of my shoulder because I didn't know him and it was a bit weird, but I didn't want to be rude.
I sighed, wiped my eyes, and turned around. "Sorry about that," I paused. I didn't know this guy's name.
"The name's William, but call me Will." He introduced, and moved his hand off my shoulder. "I work here." He added.
I work here. That really didn't make me feel better about being near him. I'd rather not be near any employee's since I didn't actually know what Glitchtrap actually looked like, but I did know what he sounded like. I paused at the realization. He did sound like him somwhat. I hesitantly backed up, which hopefully wasn't noticable.
Although, could I really just say this guy is him just by voice? I had no other proof, so maybe I shouldn't worry as much. People can sound alike..
I still trembled some, but sat in the seat I had once sat in again. "I'm [F/N]." I hesitantly introduced.
I wonder where this will lead to..
___________
William Afton's physical appearance is described "as a thin man whose clothes seem big on him." He has grey eyes and short brown hair. I stuck with the long hair because I like to think his hair grew out since he's been 'dead' for years, but stuck with it. I also kept the purple guy's original outfit which consists of a purple suit. I tried to search up how tall he was and from the source I used, it said he was 6'5. Don't know if that is to be true, but I went with it. I hope you are all okay with this. Anywho, I hope you all enjoyed! ♡
