Give me attention

2nd person POV.

You had your noise cancelling headphones on and connected to your phone, you were currently listening to Y/f/a, your favorite song of theirs came up and you started bopping your head to the beat.

Meanwhile, C/n, your best friend and crush, sits across from you, trying to get your attention on him.

But you were too immersed in the music that you weren't paying any attention to him.

"Y/n/n." He starts

You didn't even look up because you didn't hear what the boy had to say.

"Y/n/n!" He says louder

After a few more tries to get your attention, he began to poke your sides.

You would push his hands away and continue writing whatever you were writing in your songbook.

You had originally invited C/n to study, but you both got bored and eventually started playing games and listening to music.

C/n had eventually gotten bored of the game he was playing on his laptop and wanted to talk to his crush.

You.

So, he had attempted to gain your attention but nothing seemed to be working in his favor.

He tried writing in your book, but you pushed his hand away and erased the little heart he drew.

He pouts and pokes your leg.

You were unfazed and just continued writing lyrics to a new song you came up with.

"GIVE ME ATTENTIONNNNN!" He yells.

You didn't listen, well, that's because you had noise cancelling headphones on.

"So, it's come down to this huh?" He says, looking at you.

You lick your dry lips and grab your boba off the nightstand, taking a sip.

He takes the boba out of your hands, puts it on the nightstand and sits in front of you.

You were unfazed once more.

He glares at the notebook in your hands.

He regrets buying that for your birthday at this moment.

But you were so happy.

He yanks the notebook out of your hands and you look up to him with a frown.

He puts the notebook down, cups your cheeks in his hands and pulls your lips to his.

You're surprised by the action, but kiss him back, wrapping your arms around his neck, pulling him closer.

He slips the headphones off and you both just enjoy this kiss you've been waiting so long for.

It kinda... turned into... a make out.

You pulled away to breathe and you stare into his eyes.

"Do I have your attention now?" He whispers with a small smile on his face.

You laugh and nod.

"I love you." He says

You're surprised by the confession, but not as surprised because you two just had a make out session.

"I love you too C/n/n." You smile

He pecks your lips once more and you smile softly.

"You taste like boba." He laughs

You push his shoulder away playfully, but he just wraps his arms around your torso and pushed you backwards onto the bed.

"Now, what were you writing in that notebook. You wouldn't look up at me no matter what I did." He says, pushing himself up so he's above you, resting on his elbows.

You pursed your lips in thought.

He just kisses you again before pulling away.

"Fine. I was writing a love song... about you...." you say

"AWWWWW." He exclaims, pecking your nose.

"When can I hear it?" He asks

"When I finish the lyrics and add the instrumentals." You say

"When will that be?" He asks

"A few weeks." You say

He cries out and falls on top of you and you make  an oof sound.

"That's too long." He whines

"You're gonna have to wait." You laugh

He groans in annoyance.

"I love you." You say

"I love you too." He says

ANOTHER CHAPTER DONE ACCORDING TO SCHEDULE.
This chapter was created on a whim today lol, I didn't have one ready, so I wrote a title and wrote off that.
