You sat in the rubble with your friend Jasmine.
You were only 22, and you didn't expect this to happen, like, at all.
A freaking Alien Invasion.

You watched her son Dylan play with a toy and your husky puppy, Hiro, play with their dog.
Jasmine left the go help the First Lady, your Aunt.
Yeah you were related to the President.
You felt a poke on your side and you looked to the little boy.
"Is Uncle C/n ok?" He asks
You blinked, kinda surprised that he asked that.
To be honest... you don't know what happened to C/n.
He left to help the army fight the aliens.
You thought of what to say.
"He'll be ok." You smile softly at the little boy.
Jasmine beckons you over and you high five the little boy before walking towards your aunt and your friend.
"Hi Auntie Marilyn." You smile softly.
"Hey Y/n/n." She says tiredly.
Jasmine nods at the two of you and leaves to be with her son.
"How is Thomas?" She asks
"He was ok, I think he was able to get on the plane and leave. He had Patricia with him." You say
"Thank God they're ok. Why didn't you go with them?" She asks
"I had to come find you, I couldn't live with myself knowing you were still out here. I had to know you were safe." You say
She smiles softly.
"Thank you. But you didn't have to." She says
"I wanted to. Plus, we're ok aren't we?" You say
She nods.
