Singing Part 1

Hey ya'll! Been a while since I've updated on time, one reason being that I have had writers block with this book foe a bit, but now I got a keyboard for my iPad, so I am using that :) 💜

3rd person POV
C/n was part of the school's show choir and they were in need of more people because of all the seniors they lost, they lost about 9 people because they graduated and moved on to college.

He was handing out audition flyers he made with some other people in the choir, exhausted by walking all day, he went and sat down in the music room, unaware of the other person in the room.

Then he heard a soft singing behind him and he turns to see a girl on the piano bench, she hasn't seen him yet so he just sits and listens.

"She lives in the shadow of a lonely girl, Voice so quiet you don't hear a word, Always talking but she can't be heard"

She's playing the piano and singing, he recognizes the song to be Little Me by Little Mix. His cousin loves the group so whenever she's staying with them she blasts their music in the kitchen while she's baking or she's listening to it while she's swimming.

"You can see it there if you catch her eye, I know she's brave but it's trapped inside. Scared to talk but she don't know why, wish I knew back then what I know now wish I could somehow go back in time and maybe listen to my own advice."

C/n is mesmerized by her singing and is slowly pulled in, he couldn't take his eyes off her.

"I'd tell her to speak up, tell her to shout out, talk a bit louder, be a bit prouder, tell her she's beautiful, wonderful ,everything she doesn't see. You gotta speak up, you gotta shout out and know that right here, right now you can be beautiful, wonderful, anything you wanna be. Little me"

He wants to go up to her and ask if she wants to join their choir, but C/n just can't seem to move for some reason.

The beautiful crescendos in her voice when she got really passionate, eventually she closed her eyes and just let her fingers dance over the black and white keys, creating a beautiful song on the piano.

Once she was done, her eyes were finally opened and that's when her eyes locked with his.

They stared at each other for a bit before she let out a squeak, she grabbed her backpack and dashed for the door.

"Wait!" C/n yells after her, but she dashed around him and ran out the door.

He ran after her, but once he was out of the room, he lost the y/e/c eyed beauty.

He genuinely wanted to know more about her, something about her intrigued C/n.

He was determined to find the y/e/c eyed girl and become her friend.

Or maybe something more...
