Panic

Hey!

So, this will be including someone having a panic attack, and personally I've never had one myself, but I know people on here have. And if you are not comfortable with what I write in this chapter, feel free to skip this chapter. As long as y'all are ok I'm good :)

2nd person POV.

You sat in Biology, writing notes on Charles Darwin and his theory of evolution, interested in the topic since you love science, but bored at the same time.

You wished C/n had this class with you because he'd make the class even more entertaining than it already is.

You sigh, looking at he the small clock on the wall above the door.

"30 more minutes" you thought

You look back at your notes and continue to highlight and add more information.

C/n's POV.

The algebra teacher Ms/Mrs./Mr T/l/n placed the test in front of me, and I immediately forgot everything I ever knew about algebra.

(Anyone else do that? Just me?)

I started panicking.

It started off as worry, but then grew into full blown panic.

"What if I fail?"

"I'll look stupid"

"I'm going to disappoint my parents"

"I'm gonna fail and never graduate high school"

"I'm gonna be a disappointment and everyone is going to make fun of me for being horrible at algebra."

"Am I bad at everything else too?"

I started breathing heavily.

My hands started to feel numb, I start sweating.

I'm trembling.

My throat and chest feel tight, I can't breathe.

The walls are closing in on me.

"C/n, are you ok?" The teacher asks

I stand up and everyone looks at me, making me panic even more.

I sit in the corner of the room and everyone looks worried.

One of my friends comes up and tries to help.

I push her away slightly.

"He's having a panic attack!" She exclaims

I'm trembling, and basically crying at this point.

"Someone get Y/n! She can help!" C/f/n yells

C/b/f/n looks at the teacher as if asking for permission.

They nods and then C/b/f/n books it out of the classroom.

Everything started getting darker, I'm getting dizzy and feel like impending doom was going to descend upon me any minute.

I need Y/n.
