Sakura's pov
I went home a bit upset because Tsunade didn't tell me my mission since something came up. I unlock my door and I walk inside I take my shoes off and I go to my kitchen and I make myself some rice balls and I eat 2 and I place the other 3 in the fridge and I walk to my bathroom. I turn the lights on and I turn the shower on and I undress myself and I get in the shower. I wash my hair and my body I turn the water off and I grab a towel and I wrap myself in it. I get out the shower and I go to my sink and I brush my teeth. I take another towel and I dry my hair with it. I change in to my pajamas and I walk out the bathroom turning off the lights. I go to my room and I lay down I think about my team that fell apart Sasuke is in the darkness now a rogue. Naruto is the idiot wanting to protect the village and me well I'm nothing. I feel my eyes getting heavy so I shut them and soon I fall asleep.I wake up to a unknown presence yet again I quickly grab my kunai on my bedside table and I get up. I see the man in the shadow I sigh in relief seeing the white Anbu mask. I then ask " What could you possibly need this early in the morning? " he tuned his head and bowed to me and said " I'm sorry Sakura-san but Hokage-sama wishes to see you." he apologized and I sigh " This early huh tell her to wait a minute I'll be there." he nodded and he disappeared. I groan out off annoyance and I walk downstairs I go to the kitchen and I open my fridge. I take out a rice ball and I start to eat it. When I finish the rice ball I walk to my bathroom and I brush my teeth I put my hair up and I turn the lights off walking out the bathroom. I go up to my room and I put my Anbu uniform on and I place the mask on my face and I look on my bedside table. I feel my eyes tear up as I look at the picture and I whisper to myself " Team 7 is apart and all of us are going our own paths." I slightly lift my mask up so I can wipe the tear away. I place the mask back on and I go downstairs I put my shoes on and I head to the Hokages tower. I walk up the stairs as I see Shizune rush inside Tsunade's office with papers in her hand. I finally reach Tsunade's door so I lightly knock and I heard her tired yet still calm come in. I push the door and I go inside her office I bow as I always do and I shut the door behind me. I turn to her and I ask " You wished to see me Hokage-sama? " she nodded and I ask " What do need this early Hokage-sama? " I say a bit annoyed she then looked with a serious look at me and she said " I'm sorry to wake you up yet again but your mission begins. I'm once again sorry that I didn't tell you yesterday but your mission is about Sasuke..." when she finished her sentence I felt shivers run down my back. I stay silent and I think about that Naruto is supposed to go on a mission tomorrow " Madam I heard that Naruto is going on a mission tomorrow may I ask is my mission related to his mission? " I ask and she sighed and she said " Yes I need you to get to Sasuke before Naruto so you can not only track him but you have to make sure that Naruto doesn't lose control do you understand? " I nod and I ask " Must I leave now? " she nodded so I bow and I turn to the door and I open the door and I walk out off Tsunade's office. I make hand sings and I appear in front off the Konoha gates. From here I start to jump from tree to tree. I jump down as I am now jumping from tree to tree for 3 hours now I sit under a tree and I sit down I hear shuriken I listen closely and I figure out that the shuriken are hitting one another that means a fight is going on. I go closer to the shuriken and I see Sasuke and Itachi throwing shurinkens at one another. Great I didn't need this but I can't allow Itachi to kill Sasuke I would then fail my mission. I see the shuriken all drop on the ground and I see Sasuke and Itachi blocking each other's attack Itachi blocking Sasuke's katana and Sasuke blocking Itachi's kunai. I reach for my needles and I aim at their feet I throw them and I see both off them jump away to dodge my needles. I jump down from the tree I was in and Sasuke says " You again huh this our fight so get lost. " he replied coldly " I'm sorry but I'm not allowed to fail my missions. " he looked at me confused and I see Itachi throwing his kunai at Sasuke. Since Sasuke was tuned to me he didn't see the kunai so I quickly grab a needle throw it at the kunai the kunai and the needle hit and they both drop to the floor. I look at Itachi and I say " I'm sorry but I don't remember asking you for a kunai." He chuckled at that and he said " You are good even when you're talking to my foolish little brother. " I chuckled and I say " I don't let my guard down easily so your genjutsu nor attacks will work remember that. " he smirked and I feel a presence behind me I grab a kunai and I stab Itachi's clone. I look at him with rage too bad he can't see that I see him smirk " Your right you don't let you guard down this easily. " I am now boiling with rage and I think to myself is he testing me?
