Chapter 33

Sakura's pov
We see Tsunade disappear in a poof of smoke. I turn to Itachi and I smile I see him return the smile his smile is so beautiful and genuine. I turn to Shizune sitting in Tsunade's seat stressed I smile at her and I walk over to her she raises her head to look at me " Can I do something for you Sakura-chan? " she smiled I returned a warm smile and I said " Don't look so stressed you know that Tsunade-sama won't kill you calm down. " she looked down at the paperwork and then back at me she smiled and told me " Thank you Sakura-chan can you look after Tonton for a week please? " I look at her confused " Why are going somewhere? " she nods her head " Yes on a important mission Hinata and Ino are coming as well I am coming with them because you are carrying another precious life. " she smiled warmly I raise my brow " So I was supposed to go on this mission? " Shizune nods " Yes I will tell you later about the mission you two should get going lady Tsunade doesn't like waiting. " I nod and I turn my back to her and head to the door I grab the door handle and I pull it open I walk out off Tsunade's office with Itachi next to me. I grab his hand interlocking my fingers with his he smiles and gives me a small kiss on my forehead. And with that we headed out to the hospital. When we arrived we instantly went to Tsunade's office. When we saw the door off her office we stopped right in front of it. I raise my hand and I knock on the door gently we hear a calm enter I grab the door handle and I pull the door open I walk in still holding Itachi's hand. Tsunade is turned to us looking out off the window she slowly turned to us and smiled " Well then let's begin. " I nod I lay on my back on the cold leather chair. I see Tsunade roll in a monitor so she will be checking by a ultrasound huh I didn't expect it to be this quick but oh well. She looks at me while she puts her gloves on " Pull your shirt up for me Sakura. " I do as I was told and I pull my shirt up exposing a small yet not noticeable bump. She squeezed the bottle of lotion on her hand and rubbed it on my stomach I shivered at feeling but soon got used to it. She grabbed the transducer probe and placed it on my stomach and left it there for a couple of seconds I felt Itachi squeeze my hand I looked over at him and I smiled. I looked at the monitor as I felt the probe move around my stomach gently. And at that moment my eyes landed on our precious baby tears formed in my eyes. I let them fall from my eyes because these tears are tears of joy our baby is healthy. I felt Itachi squeeze my hand again I looked at him with the biggest smile as tears of joy slightly slid down his cheeks. He leaned down and kissed my forehead I smiled and looked back at the monitor I see Tsunade smile as she removed the probe from my stomach. She pressed print on the keyboard off the ultrasound machine. She looked back at me and told me " I don't have to tell you this since your a medic yourself but your baby is doing good. " she said with a smile. I smile at her and I ask her " When will we have our next appointment? " she looks at me and placed her index finger on her chin thinking " Well right now you are in your first trimester and it will be your second week am I right? " I nod she sighs and thinks for a second " Well let's set a appointment when I go in to your sixth week. " I nod and I smile as I rub my stomach where our baby is I suddenly hear Tsunade say " Well here is your ultrasound picture you are all set to go. " I pull my shirt down as I see Itachi grabbing the picture. I get up and I walk over to him he looks at me and softly kisses my forehead. I smile and I look back at Tsunade looking at us smiling " Thank you so much Tsunade- sama we will see you soon. " she nodded and with that we left her office and eventually the hospital. I interlock my hand with Itachi's feeling his long fingers wrapped around my small hand I look at him " Itachi don't you think it time to tell our friends? " he looks at and raises a brow " Our friends you say it's more like your friends but sure. " I smile and we head to Ichiraku ramen to see if Naruto and the others were there and bingo. I look at Itachi sweat dripping down my forehead. He smiled and planted a short but sweet kiss he pulled away " I know your nervous but what do you have to lose. " I sigh " Yea I guess your right. " Itachi and I walk in to the small ramen restaurant and I see Kakashi, Sasuke, Sai and Naruto sitting and eating. We approach them and I see Naruto turn around to look at us he got up immediately as he saw me and gave me tight hug I laugh as we separate from each other " Sakura- chan you came and Itachi you did to. " he gave us his big and bright smile that could brighten up any room I return my smile " Naruto I need to tell you something actually I need to all tell you something. " they all turned to us and raised their brows. I look at Itachi giving him the signal to give me ultrasound picture.
