Sakura's pov Me and Itachi arrive at the hospital we head straight for Tsunade's office. I know on the door lightly we hear a soft come in. I reach out for the door and I open the door I step in the room with Itachi behind me. Tsunade looks at me says " Sakura please sit down. " I do as told I sit in front of her " So what has been going on? " she asks I sigh and I say " Well today I throw up for no specific reason and I am a lot hungrier then normally. " she puts her hands over her mouth thinking "I see well it looks like morning sickness to me. " I look at with a confusion and I ask " How so I never had morning sickness before why now? " she raised an eyebrow and looked me dead in the eyes " Is that so then have you been sexually active? " and that's when my body froze in place my lips froze I felt so stupid I simply nod at he question " Then you are going through morning sickness because you are carrying a child. " my eyes widen I look over at Itachi and I see that he was smiling he wanted this? I look over at Tsunade and I ask " Should I take a pregnancy test just in case? " she nodded " Yes that would be great if it comes out positive then come to me and we will set a appointment for a ultrasound. " I nod " Since there is a possibility that you two are going to be parents then I can not send you on missions now you may leave. " I nod and me and Itachi step out of the office. I turn to Itachi and as soon as I doo he pulls me in to a tight hug I hug him back I feel him lift me off my feet and spinning me around. I giggle and he sets me back down he brushes his thumb over my cheek " You have made me so happy thank you Sakura. " I smile and I hug him I feel him bury his head in to my head I suddenly hear him mumble " I love you. " I feel my cheeks heat up. We separate and we head to the store to not only buy food but the pregnancy test. We arrive and I go get 3 pregnancy tests just in case we go check out with our items. We leave the store and we head to my house. I unlock the door and I step in my and now Itachi's home. I immediately feel the burning hot liquid in the back of my throat. I run to the bathroom and I fall down next to the toilet I feel the liquid leave my throat my eyes watering. I feel my hair being pulled back and circles being rubbed on my back. I wipe my mouth with the back of my hand l slowly start to get off of the floor I feel two strong and warm pair of arms wrap around my waist pulling me closer to their body. I let my body sink in to the warmth of Itachi's arms I bury my head into his chest mumbling " Itachi I can't do this. " I say crying into his chest I feel him lifting my head up to face him he brushed his thumb over my teary cheek " You can I know you can we will get through this I promise. " I give him a weak smile " I should take the tests. " Itachi nodded and left the bathroom to leave me my privacy. I take the test out off the bag and I take one by one. I set them all on the counter leaving them to develop. I sit on the toilet fearing the outcome. After 2 minutes I get off the toilet and I walk over to the counter gear rushing through my veins. I look at the tests and I fall to my knees almost immediately 2 positive 1 negative meaning I'm pregnant. I start to shed tears off happiness I hear the door Burt open revealing Itachi he looks at me with worry he bends down and hugs me " What wrong? " he asked softly I pointed to the tests I see him get up and look at the tests. He froze in place with his eyes slightly wider then usual. He bend down to me and hugged me tightly " Thank you for this opportunity to become a father I will protect you both with my life. " and that's what I remember before drifting off to sleep in his arms happily.
