Chapter 18

Sakura's pov
I wake up the next morning to the alarm and I remembered that Tsunade wanted me to stop at the Hokage tower I sighed and I slowly get I sit up and I get pulled back down. I see Itachi on top off me and I say quietly " Itachi I need to go. " he sighed and he got off of me laying back down. I get up and I go downstairs to the bathroom. I turn the shower on and I wait for the water to heat up a bit. I undress myself and I step inside the shower I feel the hot running water run down my back. I start to wash my hair and I think about what could Tsunade need from me. Me now not being in the Anbu it could be a mission about the Akatsuki or something far worse who knows. I wash the shampoo out and I wash my body I really want to go back in to the Anbu. I wash the soap off and I turn the water off. I grab a towel and I pat my face dry I then step out the shower and I wrap myself up in the towel. I grab another towel and I start to rub my hair with it. I brush through my long pink hair and I brush my teeth. I gat dressed and I look at myself in the mirror and I feel tears well up in my eyes I miss wearing my Anbu uniform and my mask. I till my head up so the tears would go back in to my skull. I leave the bathroom turning the lights off. I take a rice ball out the fridge and I start to eat it I hear footsteps and I looked to the door Itachi rubbing his eyes. I look at him and I see blood under his eye. I walk over to him and I see that he is rubbing his eyes just to distract me but his tricks won't work I grab his wrist and I try to move his hand away from his eyes but his hand doesn't budge. I look at him with my death glare and I say coldly " Remove your hand off your left eye now. " he looks at me with his emotionless look and he says coldly " You should get going. " I look at him coldly and I say with rage starting to build up in my tone " The Hokage can wait now do as I say. " he sighs and he took his hand off his left eye. I look at him with worry and I ask " Did you use the sharingan? " he shook his head as in no so I ask " Then why is your eye bleeding? " he looks at my with his cold emotionless eyes and he says " The side affects. " I sighed and I tell him calmly " Go lay down on the sofa. " he nodded and he lays down on the sofa. I take a face towel and I dampen it and I walk over to Itachi and I start to clean the blood off he winces and I apologize. When I finish cleaning the blood off his face I start to concentrate my chakra in to the palm of my hand and I place the glowing green light on his left eye. As soon as I do he closes his eyes and he relaxes. I soon take my hand off his left eye and I wait for him to open his eyes he doesn't he fell asleep I smile and I place a blanket over him and I tuck him in. I then put my shoes on and I head to the Hokage tower. I walk up the stairs and I see Naruto waving at me? I wave back and I soon stand in from off Tsunade's office I raise my hand and I knock lightly. I heard her soft come in so I push the door open and I bow to her since I'm used to it. I look at her with my emotionless look and I ask calmly " You wished to see me Hokage-sama? " she smiled and she said " Yes I did I want you to work at the hospital since you have passed me in medical ninjitsu. " I smile a little and I say " Thank you Tsunade-sama may I ask how many patients are there today? " she sighs and she says " Over 150. " I look at her in shock and I ask " Do I start now? " she nods and I sighed I say my goodbye and I leave her office. I make my way to the Konoha hospital and I enter immediately a nurse runs up to me and she says stressed " Are you Sakura Haruno?! " I nod and he gives me a white coat,gloves and a hair tie. I sigh and I put the coat on and I tie mi hair up and I lastly put the gloves on. I exit the changing room and I enter the ICU. I see a wounded man lay on the bed I walk over and I ask the nurse " What is the issue? " she looks at me and she says " There is poison in the wounds miss haruno. " I take a closer look at he the man's wounds and I say " The poison hasn't spread to far in to the body I will remove the poison and I will then heal the wounds. " the nurse nodded and she started to mix the mixture so I could remove the poison. As soon as she was done I dipped my hand to the mixture and I called in more nurses and I say " Hold him down. " the nod and I place the mixture on his wounds and as I do he moves and he screams in pain I yell the nurses. " Hold him down. " the nod and I place the mixture on this wound again and I focus my chakra in to it. I pull the mixture out pulling out some poison. I do this 10 more times so then I know that the poison is all out and I heal the man's wounds and as soon as I'm done healing his wounds I say " You need to rest for at least 2 weeks and don't move around to much in till the numbness passes. " the man smiled and he nodded.
