Four Years Earlier. . .

LUNA STAR LET OUT cries of agony and heartbreak as the news of her little sister and parents being killed in the car accident. The eighteen year old was absolutely devastated. And when their Aunt, August Master's had taken Luna Star away from the hospital, a faint pulse could be felt on a young thirteen year old's neck.

Immediately, doctors started to check out Estella Star. The little girl, however, hadn't woken up and it was declared that she would be in a coma for a few months tops. Oh, how wrong they were. Luna, who had been kicked out of her aunts house, had left Phoenix and had no clue that Estella was even awake at all. Luna Star thought her little sister was dead.

August, however, knew that Estella was in a coma, but decided against telling Luna due to the fact that the girl was already depressed enough as it is and she didn't want to bring her any false hope, so August kept Estella's comatose state a secret. August hadn't actually expected Estella to wake up, but when the girl did, she had been fourteen.

When Estella had woke up, August was forced to take her in. When Estella had been told about her parents deaths, she had cried and cried until she couldn't anymore. August was scared the little girl was going to go into the same state as Luna had been before August had kicked her out on the street. August had absolutely no idea where her oldest niece was, and now that Estella was up and living, she felt bad for not knowing.

She knew Estella was going to ask questions. And boy, was she right. Estella asked every question available, but August came up with the same answer; I don't know. August knew absolutely nothing of the oldest Star child. And now, Estella was determined to find out where her sister was. And when one of the Star siblings are determined, you can bet that they would get the result they wanted.
