Time skip to Monday after half term

7:45 AM

Felix's alarm violently buzzed. He stuck his head up at the noise like a meerkat and slammed his tiny hand down on it. He rolled out of bed and layed on the floor. He looked up to his wardrobe on which hung his new uniform. A navy blue blazer with black trousers, a black tie and a white shirt.

He stumbled into the bathroom trying to find the will to wake up as he was the least morning person you could meet. He sluggishly brushed his teeth and accidentally forgot to wash his face. Going back towards his bed, he grabbed his uniform and started to change. He disliked how heavy it seemed compared to his last uniform.

He grabbed his stuff and walked out the house not even thinking of getting some food.

BANG CHAN
8AM and I'm already at school. I hate being in the council as the meetings are so early and I'm always so tired in them.

The meeting ended a few minutes late and I dragged myself out of the room and went off to Home Room. I texted Seungmin to ask when they would be here and they said at least half an hour. I sunk into a seat at the edge of the classroom. The door opened and a teacher came in. I greeted him and he greeted me back with a smile.

"Ah Bang Chan could you please do me a favour."

"Yes?"

"There's a new student. Please bring him to this class as he is with you for lessons."

"Okay sir." I replied pretending to be my normal helpful self. Inside I was slightly panicking wondering what impression I could end up making on this person and what if they don't like me instantly?

"Please come to reception once school properly starts and he will be there waiting for you."

"What's his name?"

"Lee Felix but he will be known as Lee Yongbok."

'That sounds English.' I thought in my head but why would he need to be known by another name?

"Thank you sir. I'll make sure to make him feel welcome." I bow and say as the teacher leaves the room.

I leave my stuff in the chair and go outside to meet Seungmin. They walk up with a smile and I nervously smile back. "What's wrong?" they said smiling. "We have a new student coming today and of course I have to greet them." I sighed. Seungmin nodded and then replied, "The teachers really love you don't they." I laughed at their remark and they continued to talk. "What if they speak English? We could ace the project in English if they end up joining our group but what if they're really cruel don't like you or me and they end up turning into a bully or something? I don't want another bully." I nodded and sympathetically smiled at Seungmin, "I was thinking the exact same idea. The teacher first said his name was Felix but then said he would be called Yongbok. I honestly don't know why." At my words, Seungmin made a thinking face and I laughed at their expression.

We go into Home Room and Seungmin sits in the chair next to mine and puts their stuff down."I'll be back in a minute," I say in English, forgetting to speak Korean but Seungmin just nods their head in response so I slightly relax about that mistake. I walk over to reception and I start wondering what languages Felix can speak.

I finally reach reception as the bell goes and I see a regular sized boy with brown hair and brown eyes standing at the door twiddling his thumbs waiting for me. Freckles of all shapes and sizes covered his face and made him look like a cute little child.

I take a deep breath and walk up to him.

"Hi I'm Bang Chan." I say in Korean. He nods in response. "Please follow me to your Home Room." He slowly walked behind me not looking up at all, I'm surprised he didn't trip just looking down at the floor the whole time.
