Ressurection

Peter and the Guardians were on the edge of the cliff on a Vormir the same place where Gamora had died. The Guardians were just standing there completely still looking down at the bottom where Gamora's body once laid. Dr. Strange told them that when Thanos killed her for the soul stone that her soul was then put inside the soul stone. So he told them that if you go back to Vormir and return the soul stone it should set her soul free and bring her back.

So here they were on Vormir about to drop the soul stone down the mountain to bring Gamora back.

"What if this doesn't work" Drax said hesitantly asking the one doubt everybody had in their mind

"It will...it has to...I can't live without her." Peter said as the memories of them dancing on Ego's planet, Gamora kissing him, and telling him she loves him all washed over him and he immediately dropped the soul stone.

All the Guardians watched as the soul stone fell down the mountain once it reached the bottom it just disappeared into thin air. All the Guardians were looking around waiting for something to happen but nothing did.

"It didn't work..." Rocket said in hurt voice

Peter's eyes started to well up with tears. He didn't want to be there anymore so he turned around and was about to start walking back to the ship when he caught a glimpse of something. A glimpse of green...of green skin. He finally looked up while facing the opposite direction of the rest of the Guardians and saw Gamora standing there.

"Hey Peter" Gamora said softly

When the Guardians heard the familiar voice all their heads turned around in shock to look at her.

Peter didn't say anything he just marched up to Gamora grabbed her waist and smashed his lips into hers. He didn't pull back for a while but when he did he stared directly into her eyes as a smile started to creep upon his lips.

"I love you so much" Peter said

"I love you too more than anything"

"I know I just got back a couple seconds ago but since you kissed me does this mean we our unspoken thing is no longer unspoken. Are we in a relationship?" Gamora said becoming a little confused

"Does this answer your question"

All he did was capture her lips in another searing kiss this one a little bit shorter than the first. He pulled away as Gamora started to speak

"I guess it does"

Gamora grabbed his hand and intertwined their fingers and turned around to look at the Guardians as she started to blush. The guardians knew not to interrupt the moment. She then let go of Peter's hand so that she could go hug the rest of the Guardians. Everyone was so happy to have Gamora back especially Peter.

Peter and Gamora would then go on to have an amazing life together where they eventually got married and had a little girl who they would name...Meredith Quill.
