Chapter#9: Predator is here!

I was too busy since the past three days as the club was flooded with meetings and clients and I was leading most of them.

I wasn't arriving home early and when I used to come home, I would hear no noise at all. It seems like Hazel was sleeping or she wasn't at home, I wasn't sure.

I was too tired that I used to go straight to my bed and would wake up late by noon.  There wasn't any sign of Hazel. I once even knocked at her door but there was no response .

....

"Hey Tristan!" Mark called out. I turned to look at him. Mark had a girl standing with her. I raised my eyebrows to look at the girl.
She had long curly hair and her face was covered with dark makeup.  Her lips were in red lipstick. She was wearing a lot of rings in her fingers. It reminded me the ring which Hazel wore.
'Her rings were creepy ones though, Hazel wore decent one.'

The girl was wearing an off shoulder top and her collar bones were visible. She had some small tattoos done on her neck. The lady had the perfect curves but nothing seems to get me interested in her.

"She's the lady leader of Mr Grey's group. She was finding you so I guided her here." Mark introduced her and left.

"Hi!" She said smiling
"Have a seat." I said trying to be nice.
I assume what she was here for.

"I'm Sandra. Grey must have told you." She said.
"Hmm, so Miss Sandra how can I help you?" I asked trying to come straight to the point.

"I have heard about you a lot, mister."
"Oh, so I'm this much famous. I never knew." I commented.

"So, what made me this famous? I mean what have you heard about me? Let me know too." I said smiling but it was definitely not a sweet one.
I folded my hands around my chest waiting for her to answer.
"I have heard you are a wild beast." She said
' She was now coming to the point now.

"You said you heard that, now you want to see, Ms Sandra?" I said.
"I liked that I don't need to struggle with words to explain you my point." She said fiddling her ring.

I gave a slight laugh and replied "What if I say no?"
"Then I will no longer sign the contract with you." She said without any hesitation.
"If you wanted to place conditions you would have told me when deal was taking place." I said dictating my rules.

"But contract hasn't been signed yet." She said putting her elbow on the edges of the table.
"Right now I won't say anything, busy a bit." I said standing from my chair.

Sandra stood after me "If its a NO, then Alas! You will lose some wild, stormy nights but if its a yes, then remember one thing if I liked the demo I'll come back to attack my prey again, until our work gets over. I hope you won't mind that." She said & winked at me.
Then she picked her bag and stepped confidently towards the door.

Hi everyone! I know I'm quit late for this update. I would have posted it early today but I was suffering with severe headache.

Umm... The chapter wasn't long enough but I have a good news, I'll be trying to update one more chapter tomorrow.
