Is It Love?

Virgils POV

I watched as Roman left my room, finally giving me some peace. I also noticed how he blew me a kiss, right before he left, and then blushed as if he hadn't meant to do that.
Weird much?
All night I contemplated a bunch of things.
Whether Princey loved me or not, why I always seemed to get the anxiety attacks at the worst possible times... things like that.
Basically, I was questioning my entire existence.
——
The next day, after getting very little sleep and having another panic attack, I was shy when Patton called 'Breakfast!'
I was shy because last night, after Roman blew me a kiss and left, I wasn't sure whether or not he loved me.
When I got there, it was only me and Patton that were in the kitchen.
As soon as I sat down, Roman walked in, looking like he had as much sleep as I had. Luckily, Patton seemed to have been prepared for very little sleep for everyone, as he had poured everyone coffee, while he was drinking his tea.
Roman walked in and sat on the stool next to me, when he could've sat anywhere else, as Patton was leaning on the counter.
It was weird, to say the least.
Maybe that means he does like you! the optimistic part of me shouted.
I doubt it, he probably was too tired and just sat at the first seat he could said the pessimistic side. That could have been true, as if he wanted to avoid me, he would've had to walk all the way around the wall, into the kitchen to sit on the opposite side of the bar.
Maybe... but hopefully he likes me! I screamed in my head.
Suddenly, Logan appeared, and he also seemed like he had very little sleep last night.
Yeah, I don't want to know what happened in Pattons room last night.
Logan grabbed his cup of coffee as he sat down and quickly drank half of it.
"Tired much?" I asked.
"Yeah, sorta... I stayed up late last night, with...." he looked at Patton, who blushed and turned away. "Anyway, you two like you got as much sleep as we did."
"Yeah." Logan looked pointedly at me, then Princey. I shook my head infinitesimally.
"Oh..." he muttered quietly.
"Hmm?" Apparently Roman heard Logan.
"Oh, nothing... Virgil just answered a question for me..."
"What question?" Roman asked. Aw, flip.
"Um... an update as to Thomas' anxiety." Thank you Logan!
"Yeah... he's fine." I said.
"Ok..." Roman said, obviously confused as to why he didn't ask out loud.
"If you're wondering as to why I didn't ask out loud, Roman, I felt that it wasn't important enough to include everyone." Dang, Logan was good at lying... wait, has he lied to me before and I never knew?
Maybe. I suppose I'll ask him later.
As we started eating, I mouthed thank you to Logan. Surprisingly, Patton didn't stop him from lying, but he had his back to us, so maybe he was ignoring Logan, because he knew it was the better thing for me, his 'strange, dark son'.
When we finished, Logan piled up the dishes right away, and Patton grabbed a dish towel to dry, even though he never had to do dishes, as he always cooked.
Obviously, he cared about Logan a lot, considering that since he was always happy that he didn't need to do the dishes.
Roman went into the living room to watch Beauty and the Beast, and I followed, having nothing to do.
Me and Roman ended up having an argument in the middle of the movie about the dark side of Disney.
"Ok, how about... Lion King? What's the secret message there?" Roman asked.
"That's there's never a bad time to dress in drag and hula." I answered right away. By this point, it was almost boring.
"Yeah, true that... how about... Beauty and the Beast, but don't say-" I quickly cut him off.
"Stockholm syndrome." Easy.
"Yeah, I knew you were gonna say that, but think about the story!" Roman put a hand to his heart, "The love story between a beautiful woman and an ugly monster, who becomes the lovely lady's Prince Charming!"
I sighed. "Roman, there are some very dark sides to Disney! Seriously! Watch the movies, and close your eyes... turn off the sound, and turn on subtitles. The point is, there is some very dark sides to Disney, and they can't always hide it!"
"Sure there, Robert Downer Jr, sure..." Does Roman seriously not notice the dark sides of Disney? (If any of y'all notice the dark sides, mention which movie and what the dark side was!)
"Roman, I'm serious!" I said. Patton and Logan had long since finished and had headed off to Logan's room.
"Yeah, I know, Incredible Sulk! But it doesn't mean that you weren't wrong." Well... that was true, but I was right, and I knew how to get him to agree.
"Well, if you won't believe me..."
"What will you do about it, Raisin-oatmeal cookie?" Roman asked, standing up to his full height. He wasn't taller than me, but because I always hunched my shoulders, he seemed to be taller.
"I'll do... this!" I said, and staring tickling him. Luckily, a little bit before I left the Dark Sides, Remus told me where Romans ticklish spot was. He wasn't ticklish everywhere, just on his stomach.
Roman was laughing very hard, and I think he was trying to speak, so I stopped for a little, to let him breathe, and to see if he agreed with me.
"Vir-virgil! Ho-how do y-you know wh-where I'm ticklish? Only..." Suddenly, a look of realization crossed his face.
"Remus knows, right?" I finished, then continued tickling him, as he hadn't said I was right.
"Vir-vir-gil!" Roman cried.
"Fine, I'll stop." I said, and let Roman breathe. I also moved away from him, unwillingly.
"So, Remus told you?" Roman asked in a minute.
"Yeah, not long before I left the Dark Sides, he told me where you were ticklish. I knew it would come in handy, so I stored it away." I said, pointing at my head.
"Makes sense..."
"So, Roman, will you admit the fact that you were wrong?" I asked, prepared to continue tickling him, if necessary.
"Yeah, fine... I already noticed, I just wanted to argue, for fun." Huh, I guess Roman was fun, sometimes.

Hey guys! I hope you all like the new photos... I decided to do Sanders Sides comics, just because I had no other ideas, but I suppose it'll work.
Send me a message if you have any ideas! Bai everyone and anyone!
