''Y/n, I know that I didn't call first, but I had to check on you and bring you what you forgot in the office.'' Hoseok said. Then he put the purse in front of me. ''Forgot? Y/n, what's Hoseok trying to say?'' Jimin asked looking at me. ''I managed to remember a fragement of my past yesterday in the doctor's office. Hoseok brought me the purse and it turned out that it was mine.'' I explained to Jimin. ''How? Oh my god! That's amazing!'' Jimin said excited. ''I know, but it's also scary at the same time.'' I said. ''Here's your tea Hoseok!'' Jane said when she walked back to the living room where we were. ''Thank you Jane.'' Hoseok said looking at Jane who puts the tea on the table. ''What did I miss?'' Jane asked looking at all of us. ''Actually not much. Now that we're all here, I'll tell you what I remembered.'' I said and nobody said a word while I was talking about my memories from the hotel.

''If I understood well, you remembered everything because of perfume... The hotel evening dress even the fact that you didn't take your phone with you.'' Jimin said. ''I probably didn't leave the pone there on purpose 'cause I'm sure that something happened to me that night and I couldn't call for help.'' I said. ''That's terrible! It's so terrible that I don't even wanna think about it.'' Jane said. ''This doens't mean that you remembered something from the day before the  accident.'' Hoseok said. ''That's true! You weren't wearing an evening dress when I found you.'' Jimin said. ''It's a big relief that your memory is coming back. But it's not some consolation since we can't connect you with anybody from your past.''  Jane said. ''Maybe we'll succeed in that too.'' I said. ''You're smiling which means that you remembered something else too!'' Hoseok said excited. ''That's right! I know the name of the hotel where I was staying.'' I said.

I opened the purse and took the key. I gave it to Jimin and told him to look at it carefully. ''This isn't possible!'' Jimin said. ''Let me see!'' Jane said trying to get the key. ''Is that the hotel room key?'' Hoseok asked. ''Exactly! I couldn't remember the name of the hotel right away, but then I felt an engraved detail under my fingers.'' I said looking at the key. ''That's right! All keys from this chain of hotels have a specific shape. And they can be recognized by their engraving.'' Jimin explained. ''How is it possible that you know much about that hotel?'' Hoseok asked Jimin. ''Cause I worked there.'' Jimin said. ''Oh! That gives me hope that my home isn't far from here and that it's a matter of days when someone will find me!'' I said happy. ''That would be be great, but... I remembered the time Jimin worked there...'' Jane said. I noticed that both of them were looking down and they didn't wanna tell me the truth. ''Just tell me....'' I said kind of sad. ''I'm sorry Y/n... The hotel you're talking about had been closed for sereval years now.'' Jimin said sad. The hope of finding my home was shattered at that moment like a fragile soap bubble.

I was in my room thinking about everything that happened to me and longing for a home which I couldn't remember. The same old thoughts kept running through my head over and over again together with one idea I simply couldn't get rid of. I have to get out of here and find out the truth. I'll ask Jimin for help. He must know how I can get into that hotel or at least see the quest register since he worked there. I approached the bedroom door and pushed the door open... Jane, Jimin and Hoseok immediately turned around and looked at me. I could see they didn't know what to tell me, but their caring faces were my consolation.

''Jimin.... Can we speak in private?'' I asked Jimin. Jimin instantly got up from the armchair and joined me in my room. I felt he was tense, but also proud 'cause I still considered him my savior. ''I have to ask for a big favor. But I don't want anyone else to know about it.'' I said looking at him. ''I don't know if that's a good decision Y/n. What will the others think?'' Jimin asked me. ''Forget about the others for a moment and think about what I need, and then everything will be clear to you.'' I said to kind of relax him. ''I'm ready to help you with whatever you need, but I mustn't put your safety into jeopardy.'' Jimin said. ''You won't, I feel safe by your side... You have to show me where that hotel is... please! '' I said. ''Ugh! You're putting me in an awkard position Y/n'' Jimin said looking at me. ''I'll pay you back sometime... somehow... I promise!'' I said. ''Fine... I can't say no to you 'cause in that case, you'd go there alone and I won't allow that'' Jimin said stern. ''Thank you!'' I said. I hugged him and breathed a sign of relief. He looked at me with concern one more time before he left the room and then he closed the door behind him. Soon after that I stopped hearing the indistinct voices from the room next door and I fell asleep.

The next day...

That day was the longest day ever... I stayed alone in my room until the evening. Jane wasn't happy about me ignoring her the whole day, but in the end, she accepted the fact that I needed to be alone with my thoughts. Everbody's asleep except me and my partner in crime. I hope nobody will see us.

When the night fell, I snuck out of the log cabin and found him. We got to the hotel with a snowmobile, as agreed. ''Does this count as breaking in if we have the keys?'' I asked looking around me. ''It doesn't, at least if nobody finds out.'' Jimin said and let's say his words didn't help at all. ''I hope that won't happen 'cause in that case you'll be an accomplice.'' I told him. ''Maybe I like that - the uncertainty and excitment.'' Jimin said laughing a little. ''Me too! I feel alive!'' I said. ''Then we have something in common... I'm glad that I'm getting to know you better.'' Jimin said looking at me. ''It seems that I'm getting to know myself again.'' I said kinda proud.
