Chapter 27;

"Drop the act Noah!" I said mad. "Take it easy, Y/n. Don't say something you'll regret later." Taehyung said. "I won't... I won't regret anything, that's for sure." I said looking at Noah with a smirk. "You two obviously have a lot of catching up to do, so I'm gonna leave you to it." Taehyung said looking at me. "You're running away just when it became interesting! What a dissapointment..." noah said with a smirk and her always bitch face. "I'll be around, Y/n. Call me if you need me." Taehyung said and at that moment, I remembered the gunshot and I froze with fear. 

It could've easily been a premonition, 'cause I had a feeling that Noah could easily do something like that. "I don't wanna be a part of your game, Noah! Tell me why are you here?" I asked her mad. "I'll explain everything, but in private." noah said. "Noah, I don't wanna be in the middle of this, but that doesn't mean I'll let you bully
y/n!" Taehyung said angry. I thought he already left. "How thoughtful of you... I'm touched!" Noah said sarcatic. "Ignore her... Noah it's time you and I settled the score." I said mad.

I was the first one to get inside the house. I was doing my best to look calm and forget the fact that I'll be in the same room with my sister. Alone. It was obvious she hated me and wanted to hurt me. Noah was slowly walking behind me without a word. Until she got herself comfortable on the couch. 

"Y/n... I have some bad news, but... Before that, I'll give you a chance to say something too." Noah said. "That's so generous of you, Noah. The only thing I have to tell you is that I finally see how evil and envious you actually are." I said mad. "Really?! And you are just as spoled, Y/n! What do you think, who has been paying your bills this whole time? It was me, Y/n, and this is the thanks I get." Noah said pissed of. "You didn't have to pay anything for me! As you know, I work at the company and I have my own money!" I said annoyed. "Well... Now that you've mentioned that... You don't have to come back to work at all." Noah said with a smirk. "Why?! How are you gonna forbid me from doing it?" I asked her. "You're no longer an employee of the vision. I made that decision a long time ago. But I was waiting for you to get better to tell you the news." Noah said. "You can't fire me!" I said angry I swear I could slap her at this point. "You can be angry with me as much as you like, Y/n. But that won't change my decision. It's over, Y/n.here take look at this." Noah said ans she took a folder with documents out of her handbag and gave it to me. She went on about work while I was going through the documents.

I was barely listening to her 'cause I was trying to undestand what he documents were about. "What's all this, Noah? What do I have to do with all these bills?" I asked her. "Those are the expenses you've covered with the company's credit card. Take a closer look... You've crossed the lin, Y/n, and I don't wanna cover you anymore!" Noah said mad. "These aren't my expenses!"  I said mad.

Niah grabbed the folder from my hands. And found a receipt for a painting puchase. It had my signature at the bottom. "But... Imposible... I've never bought..." I said shocked. "Then how do you explain the fact that the painting is hanging right there in your living room?" Noah asked me and she cornered me with that question. Once again, I started doubting myself and my memories. And that exactly what Noah wanted. She defeated me in my own home.

"I don't know..." I answered. "Of course you don't, Y/n. You have no idea what I had to do to cover up all these expenses. That's why I shoud be the one to lead the company! You're not responsible enough to do it." Noah said. 

Noah didn't say anything else. She was just looking at me and shaking her head in disapproval. I noticed a smile slowly forming on her face, but it was obvious she was trying hard to look worried. When she couldn't control herself anymore, she quickly turned her back to me and left.

"You're still here?" Noah asked Taehyung when she came outside. "I'll always be around from now on Y/n needs my support." Taehyung asnwered her. "You have no idea how right you are. So, you two.." Noah said with a eyebrow raised. "Yes Noah.... We are in love and you have to accept that." Taehyung said stern. "I didn't say anything... I'm always cheering for love." Noah said. "You have no love left in you, Noah. You care only about money." Taehyung said mad. "Whatever... My sister and you are true example of the fact that people who aren't lucky with money are lucky in love." Noah said. 

"It's time for you to leave, Noah. I'm trying my best to control myself and not throw you out." Taehyung said. "Good luck, lovebirds... I hope you won't break  up the moment you realize that you can't make a decent living anymore." Noah said. What is she talking about? Taehyung thought. 

Before he came inside, he stopped for a moment to make sure that Noah got into her car and drove away. In the meantime, I was sitting surrounded by darkness, thinking about my next move. The future seemed like an impassable road, while my past was completely dark. Despite everything. I kept calm thanks to him. 

I heard his footsteps behind me and felt relief. He was still here.... He came closer to me and caressed my hair and shoulders. His gentle touch made me tremble and I felt my heart beating faster and faster. It was more than obvious that there was chemistry between us and I wanted him. I was in love with him...

"Noah left... How did everything go?" Taehyung asked. "Noah and I will never be close like we were before. There are so many problems between us that a lifetime wouldn't be enough to solve them." I answered his question. "I won't insist, but I want you to know that I'm here for you if you wanna talk about it." Taehyung said. "I got fired! Noah fired me! Father's company is in her hands now..." I said to Taehyung. "That's ridiculous! We'll make it right..." Taehyung said and I could hear in his voice, he was mad. "No, we won't... I messed up..." I told him everything and then started laughing out of the blue. He was looking at me for a moment all confused, out then he also laughed with the cutest smile in the world on his face. I could barely hold myself back...

"Y/n, I adore you... I like that look of yours!" Taehyung said. Enchanted by his smiling lips, I pulled him closer and waited for him to make the first move. His look was wandering from my lips to my eyes and expressing the unbearable desire to give in to me. I closed my eyes and waited.... 

His lips finally touched mine... It wasn't an innocent kiss, but a passionate and demanding one. I wanted to move before I completely lost myself to him, out I was too charmed to do anything about it... And I loved it... 

"Is this your way to fight your problems, I'm in!" Taehyung said smiling. "It could be, but we won't solve anything that way." I said.
