Chapter 41;

The following day...

Jimin had already taken his position. He was watching over my house from his car parked near the entrance into the yard. He notices a car driving close, so he sunk into the car seat and carefully watched where the car would stop. To his surprise, the car went into the yard of the villa Y/L. I have to come closer. He hid against the the fence and saw Noah and Jin getting out of the car. He could hear them perfectly well. I'll try to record their conversation. 

Jin approached Noah, kissed her, and then saw something in the back seat of the car. He stopped for a moment, opened the car door and took a folder. "You forget something, Noah. I told you to take care of this!" Jin said stern. "That's exactly what I'm doing. The safe is no longer a good place for it so I take that folder with me everywhere I go." Noah explained. "Such a stupid decision! I thought you were smarter! Do you know what would happen if anyone found this!" Jin said annoyed. "Even if someone finds it, they can't harm me. Everyone has the right to change their name." Noah said. "Yes, they have, Noah! But you're forgetting one thing. I had to make a deal with dangerous people to make that happen for you." Jin said. "I didn't ask for that!" Noah said annoyed. "Are you kidding me?!" Jin said.

They're planning to change their identities and run away with the money from donations! We don't have much time!

"I just want this to be over already come on... We'll take everything we can use from the house." Noah said and Jin angrily threw the folder into the trunk of Noah's car and followed her to the house. They removed the warning tape that was stuck to the door and talked about how they wouldn't need it anymore. 

Is it possible they faked the asset seizure just to keep Y/n as far as possible?! Jimin was patient. He waited for Noah to close the door behind her, and then he sneaked up to her car. He opened the trunk and took the folder. Yes! You're going down Noah.

In the meantime...

I was sitting alone in the hotel room and waited for the others to tell me where Noah was. Only then did I realize how many people I'd put in jeopardy, but on the other hand, every one of them wanted to get rid of Noah in spite of everything. Jimin was the first to call me...

"Jimin... Hello! How are things on your end?" I asked when I picked up. "Hi, Y/n! Everything is going great." Jimin said. He told me he'd get hold of Noah's classified documents and that he had everything on video. "Jimin! That's excellent news! Have you read those classified documents?" I asked him. "I heard them talking about identity change." Jimin said. "So that's her plan! To disappear with the money and destroy my life and the company!" I said getting mad. "And I think that's not everything Y/n... It seems like there's much more in this folder than I expected." Jimin explained. "Did you find false evidence against me?" I asked. "No... No... It's nothing like that. There's some information about a company founded using fake identification documents. Also, there's a contract for taking over vision from Noah Y/L for a ridiculous amount of money!" Jimin told me. "Jimin! I feel like we won the lottery! Noah can't do anything as long as we have those documents. We got her!" I said happy.

I was feeling more satisfied than ever. I was looking foward to telling Noah how much time she would be spending in jail and I couldn't wait to see despair on her face. I told Jimin to stay where he was and checked on the others.

Taehyung was in vision waiting for Noah to show up. I'll call Taehyung and tell him to be ready.

"Hi, Y/n. i've been expecting your call." Taehyung said when he picked up. "You could've called first." I said. "I could, but it's very peaceful and boring here. Nothing's going on." Taehyung explained with a sigh. "On the other hand, Jimin's day has been pretty exciting so far..." I told him everything Jimin found out. I also warned him to be cautious 'cause Noah was probably coming to the company. "I'll be ready! And I'll inform you the second she shows up." Taehyung said. Waiting is the hardest thing to do... I have a feeling I'm not contributing to anything...

Some time later...

I got a message from Jimin saying: Y/n there is movement here. Noah left the house and I'm following her. I couldn't go both sides. Jin went somewhere with a cab.

Excellent! That was my goal. I wanted to face Noah on my own! Several minutes later I got a text from Jimin saying that Noah was in front of the company building. Also, I got a call from Taehyung. "yes!" I said when I picked up. "Ready?"Taehyung asked. "I'll be right there, Taehyung. Make sure Noah stays in the building until I get there." I said. "Noah came here by herself. That's weird..." Taehyung told me. "Without the driver and without Jin?! She must be in a hurry. I hope I'll get there on time. Wait for me." I said. "I'm here... I'm not going anywhere." Taehyung said.

I came to the company building as quickly as I could. I ran of the cab and saw Jimin standing in front of his car. "Y/n! I'm here!" Jimin yelled. "Jimin! Is Noah still in her office?" I asked him. "She hasn't come out this way, I'm sure. Here..." Jimin said and he gave me the folder he took from Noah's care and wished me luck. "I'll be here watching the mamin entrance. You'll probably need to drive back..." Jimin explained. "yeah... If I survive this day...." I said kinda scared. "You will, Y/n. You have us to watch your back." Jimin said. "This is it. The moment of truth. See you, jimin." I said and we said our goodbyes.

As I walked away from him, my legs were becoming heavier. I stopped and turned to Jimin. He saw fear in my eyes and spread his arms to hug me. He gave me the strenght I desperately needed. I entered the building feeling much more confident than before. 

I entered the hall. the fact that there was no security at all surprised me. I could only see the janitors working there. At that moment, Taehyung came out of the elevator and came to me. "You're here! Right on time!" Taehyung said. "Look what I got!" I said. Taehyung quickly browsed through the documents and returned the folder to me with a nod. "Noah will be backed into the corner. Have you made copies of the documents?" Taehyung asked. "I didn't have time... I've just got them from Jimin." I explained. "Allow me..." Taehyung said and he went to the security office and returned with the copies of the documents. 

"I'll take the copies just in case Noah grabs them and throws them out of the window." Taehyung explained. "Excellent! Wish me luck!" I said and he hugged me and whispered that he believed in me. His support meant the world to me. I went to Noah's office feeling brave and determined.
