Jennie put down her phone with an agitated frown on her face.

"Oppa-" Jennie poked Jimin, who was dozing off right next to her, while waiting for their turn to film. "Tell me, am I being too unreasonable?"

"Sorry, what?" Jimin wiped away some drool from the corner of his mouth, blinked his eyes rapidly and sat up straight once more. "Unreasonable about what?"

"About being upset with that guy for answering that question in the way he did," Jennie said as she held up her phone for Jimin to see. "He got asked about my influence in his latest album, but he lowkey said I didn't play a part, and that everything was done by himself. Do you think I'm going overboard for being mad?"

"I don't like that guy but-" Jimin let out a loud yawn. "He's right though...?"

"Yeah, but-" Jennie frowned. "Now that we're a contract couple, shouldn't he at least try to put in some good words for me sometimes? If not it's gonna look bad on me, isn't it? You have no idea what people are saying about me right now!"

"What are they saying?"

Jennie pouted unhappily as she held up her phone and read out the top comments:

'Ah, that Jennie, she really is useless, isn't she? She's just using Jungkook-oppa to gain popularity... bet.'

'To be honest, I'm not usually the type to speak up, but I'm so upset now I could cry. I was one of those who were originally against them dating but now that I've accepted it, shouldn't Jennie Kim try her best to support her boyfriend when he writes his album? Jungkook-oppa mentioned in his VLive that he started writing the songs only a few months ago, so they should already be dating then... you mean she really didn't help him at all? Isn't she a bit useless then? It seems like I can do a better job.'

'I always felt like Jennie Kim wasn't a nice person lmao... just look at her face, always looking so full of herself. Come on, you're not even that popular, or good at acting. Wake up.'

'She gives me such bad vibes to be honest... If you can't support our oppa in his career just f*ck off.'

Jennie looked up at Jimin with tears in her eyes. "There are at least a hundred of such comments on this article alone, and today there were so many articles being published about Jeon Jungkook's response to that question... how did the hate somehow all get directed at me?"

Jimin frowned as he handed Jennie a handkerchief he retrieved from his pocket. "Ya, Jennie-ya, don't cry right now. You're about to go into a shoot."

"I know, I won't-" Jennie scrunched up her face to prevent the tears from falling as she took the handkerchief from Jimin gratefully. "I'm just so sick and tired of constantly getting hate for the tiniest little things I do."

"I know, Jennie-ya, I know-" Jimin sighed as he took the handkerchief from Jennie's hands, flipped it around and helped her dab at her eyes gently. "You always get thrown so much hate from netizens just by breathing alone. But you must know that there are so many people out there who love you for who you are as well... all these haters are just way too jealous of what you have."
