<OST: I Wanna Say To You - Suzy>

Seokjin dried his hair with a towel on the couch after taking a nice warm shower that night.

"Ya."

Seokjin looked up. There Byulyi stood, wearing one of his smaller shirts. Seokjin had grown out of it a few months ago, but it was extremely oversized on Byulyi. Her sleeves hung way below her hands, engulfing them, while the hem of the shirt ended somewhere at her mid-thigh, covering her shorts completely. Byulyi had always worn clothes that covered a lot of her skin when they used to be housemates, so Seokjin wasn't used to seeing this side of her... at all. The fact that she was wearing his shirt didn't do anything to help either.

Seokjin's heart skipped a beat.

"Isn't this a bit big?" Byulyi commented, holding her sleeves up for Seokjin to see. "The shirt itself is so long and the sleeves are even longer."

He began to blush, and so he looked away and carried on with his hair. "Uh... yeah."

"Let me do it-" Byulyi walked towards him and grabbed the towel from his hands. She placed it on his head gently, carefully tossing his hair in it to dry it out. "There we go."

"Now it's your turn-" Seokjin said with a nervous smile as he got to his feet and took the towel from Byulyi's hands. "Come here."

Seokjin gently sat Byulyi down in front of him before getting to work at once. Silence soon fell over the two of them.

"It doesn't feel real at all."

"What doesn't?" Seokjin asked as he tossed Byulyi's hair around.

"That I'm sitting here, in your house..." Byulyi smiled brightly. "And you're standing behind me, drying my hair."

Seokjin smiled.

"I always wanted to do something like this with my future boyfriend," Byulyi continued. "And to think that you're finally mine after all this time... it feels unreal."

"We're really the biggest joke of a couple in history." Seokjin burst out laughing as he put down the towel and looked down at Byulyi. "Don't you think? How is it possible that we've been crushing on each other since months back yet both of us thought it was a whole different person?"

"Yours is way more ridiculous, alright?" Byulyi chortled. "Sandeul-ie? You were jealous of him for so long? Why on earth did you think I liked him?"

"But you did, didn't you?" Seokjin frowned as he took a seat next to Byulyi on the couch. "You two were childhood sweethearts... and you met him for a blind date. How was I expected to know that after all these years you no longer liked him?"

"Wait... so when I went back to my hometown for the blind date..." Byulyi's eyes widened. "You kept calling me and got upset because I was with him? And when I came back... that huge fight... it was because you were jealous...?"

Seokjin lowered his head. "Well... I mean... um... I guess... but like... you know..."

"Ya!" Byulyi slapped Seokjin on the shoulder and burst into laughter. "Kim Seokjin!"

Seokjin pouted. "What?"

"You're so petty."

"Petty...?" Seokjin scoffed as he picked up the towel once more and turned Byulyi around so that her back faced him once more. "I really thought you liked that punk... how was I supposed to know?"

"I stopped contacting him pretty soon after that..." Byulyi finally admitted to Seokjin. "He suggested we kept in contact... but I think he had feelings for me so I asked. And he said that he was attracted to me, kind of. When he said that, I- I don't know, a part of me felt weird. It felt... not right. And those few days apart, I missed you. I think it was around that time that I realised... wow, I must really like you."
