HARRY' P.O.V

I rolled over after cracking open my tear-sealed eyes. Louis was gone. Not off his head or anything, he just wasn't there. I groaned as I stretched out over the tiles and I realised how grim sleeping on a bathroom floor was. A public bathroom. A teenage boy bathroom. A- urgh nope, nope, nope.

I scrambled up the sinks quickly to stand up after grossing myself out but I bent back down to pick my phone off of the floor. 6 missed calls. Strange, no-one ever usually wants to talk to me. I opened my call log to see who it was.

Ed had called.

But that was about an hour ago when I ignored the ringing just before Louis had walked in. The other five were from a Private Number. I hoisted my bag up to my shoulder as I lifted my phone up to my ear to call Ed back.

The ringing continued as I walked out of the school but I remembered that he wouldn't answer considering everyone else was still in lessons. There was no chance I was going back there though so I texted him instead. There was only one more lesson left anyway so I'll just spend the time figuring out which buses to catch to Ed's house because I wasn't going back with Louis either. I was never going back.

To: Ed :)

hey, sorry i missed your call :( everything ok?? can i stay yours tonight?? or maybe a cuddle?? text as soon as you can mate :)

I clicked send before reading it and cursed at my typo.

To: Ed :)

sorry mate i meant for a COUPLE of nights not a CUDDLE ahaha awks :/

I'm such an idiot.

Well because I'd asked Ed about staying his, I might as well wait until school had finished to go with him and it'd be awkward as well if he said that I couldn't but I was already waiting outside of his door for him. So I headed towards the park down the road from the school.

As I walked, I became very grateful towards the fact that we don't have to wear uniform else I could have been recognised as a King's Way student and then reported. I know it sounds unlikely but some people find nothing better to do with their time other than snitch other people up and make their lives unnecessarily more complicated. I just looked like a college student who could understandably have a half day so all was good.

I opened the metal gate, which whined as it was pushed, and entered the enclosed space. No-one was there, not even a toddler and their mum or people ditching school. I was alone which I was grateful for but also felt quite uneasy about. I sat down on the swing and the coolness of the metal surprised me as it numbed my bum.

I couldn't really do this for an hour could I? I took my keys out of my pocket and started to meddle with them as something to do with my hands. I am a very awkward person.

My old house key was there. My new house key was there. My old locker key was there. My new locker key was there. A copy of Louis' car key was there. I've never had a car of my own, Jo insisted that it was only fair for me and Louis to share as they couldn't afford one for me.

I haven't driven it yet since I only go in with Louis and apparently Louis is the driver. That's just obviously a known fact that shouldn't be doubted or questionned. I suppose I could go and smash the car up. No, before I even think about it further. I could go for a drive though, I've got an hour to return it to it's liar of an owner. I wouldn't like to be Louis' car, he probably wouldn't fill up on petrol and lie to me saying that we wouldn't run out.

Okay, I need a break. Personifying myself as a car, what am I doing?

I stood up wearily from the swing that flew up out from under me as I pushed against it. I repositioned my bag on my back and left the ghost town park. My eyes fixed about a foot in front of my striding feet and I wanted to put my music on but I had no energy to get my phone out of my pocket. Louis had The 1975 album in the car though so I'd be able to blast that out as I cruise around aimlessly.
