Second rule of mafia:
Don't get attached

I woke up at 5 am and immediately started my training. That's the thing with assassins... You never stop training.

After my training I was having breakfast. Today was supposed to be a pretty chill day. Which I usually don't get. But today I wasn't having any type of activity. No killing, no torturing, no getting information. Nothing. And I was happy about that.

At least that was, what was supposed to happen.

"Ey Maria! Come here!" I turned around towards the voice and figured it was Adrian. He was standing tall at the entrance and was wearing a suit. I rolled my eyes and made my way over.

I didn't like his presence. He was everything but pleasant. I stood in front of him, not really interested in what he has to say.

"You're coming with me!"
After that everything went blank. Before I could say anything my eyes closed and I fell.

When I opened my eyes I was in a cell. My wrists were tightly tied and my hair was getting in my face. I was full of sweat and mud. Where the fuck am I?

As I was starting to get frustrated everything went blank once again.

The next time I opened my eyes I was in a bed. I quickly rushed out of the door when a voice spoke: "Maria! You can go home, the boss doesn't need you anymore."

I furrowed my eyebrows. The boss?
I came to him in a long strides: "You try and do that again I will rip your throat out. Just because dear daddy of mine trusts you, doesn't mean I do."  He chuckled darkly and showed me outside.

Why did he even kidnap me if he was going to kick me out in a day.
He was probably bored. I rolled my eyes and made my way to the main road.

When I came back home my dad stormed to me: "Where were you?! I need you to answer your phone when you are away and ask permission before going somewhere. If I didn't have a mission for you I would've punish you now."

I rolled my eyes once again and my dad slapped me hard across the face. "Didn't I teach you manners?!"

"You can't teach manners to a heartless person." I was referring to myself. My father made me heartless and killing was nothing to me.

He sighed and threw some files my way. "I need you for a important mission. You have to kill "The Boss" of the gang that stole our shipment. The Boss, as everyone calls him is a stupid little teenager. But, dear my, don't underestimate him! I would actually like to send some men with you because this mission has to be completed."

I rolled my eyes once again: "Father, when did I ever need your sloppy men to do anything. And in this files there are no pictures of the man. How will I recognize The Boss without knowing what he looks like or his real name?"

My dad wore an evil smirk: "You will know my child. When you see him you will know. Let's make one thing clear, your family before any friends?"

I furrowed my eyebrows: "I don't have friends I have enemies that once they get on my bad side it's over And no father! Don't bullshit me with family before friends, omerta before anything and no strings attached to anyone!"

My father's smirk came on full. He grinned from ear to ear, but devisly. And then he turned around and walked out.

I once again looked at the files and saw that the mission is tonight. Frickin great!

A/N: Guys! I'm sorry chapters are so short!!! I never write such short chapters but once the story really starts chapters are going to get longer!
