The day after the party, Godrick was walking out of his bedroom only to be met by both Jenna and Elena standing in the hallway, talking.

"Do I look adult? As in respectfully parental?"

Looking at each other in confusion the twins shrugged as Elena spoke.

"Depends on where you're going?"

Moving her hair this way and that Jenna answered the question, a resigned look on her face.

"Jeremy's parent-teacher conference. Hair up or down?"

Pulling her hair up in a twisted vertical bun she looked at the twins for their opinion. They answered as one, small smiles stretching their lips.

"Sexy stewardess." Jenna put her hair back down and let them flow past her shoulders. This time the twins were full on grinning. "Boozy housewife." Looking at each other the twins high fived before looking back at their aunt who had a proud smile on her face.

"Up it is. You're feisty today."

Silently agreeing with his aunt Godrick raised a questioning brow at his sister.

"I feel good today, which is rare. So, I've decided to go with it. Fly free, walk on the sunshine and all the stuff. Where is Jeremy?"

Pinning her hair up with some kind of hair contraption Godrick couldn't identify Jenna answered her niece's question.

"He left early, something about getting to the wood shop early to finish a wood house."

Hearing her words the twins exchanged a look before fixing it onto their now down throbbed aunt.

"There is no wood shop is there?"

It was a rhetorical question but the twins answered anyway in true twin fashion, creepily in sync.

"No."

Nodding at their answer Jenna let out an exasperated breath.

"Yeah."

The twins were back in history a few hours later, neither of them really listening to the teacher as he went on about the comet. Stefan and Elena were exchanging looks when Tanner walked up to the before mentioned girl's desk. An annoyed look on his face.

"Are we bothering you Ms. Gilbert? Mr. Salvatore?"

The two teens tore their gaze from each other to look at their teacher shaking their heads. They were saved the usual humiliation that came with being put on the spot in the middle of class as the bell rang to announce the end of the period.

Walking out of class Godrick somehow found himself stuck between Caroline and Bonnie as they talked about the young Bennet's newfound abilities while walking the hallways of the school.

"I'm confused are you psychic or clairvoyant?"

Shaking her head at her friend's confusion Bonnie tried to explain things more clearly.

"Technically, Grams says I'm a witch. My ancestors were these really cool Salem witch chicks or something. Grams tried to explain it all, but she was looped on the liquor so I kinda tuned out. Crazy family, yes. Witches? I don't think so."

Oh, if only she knew. Godrick didn't understand why Shayla Bennet hid her granddaughter's heritage for so long but then again, he was keeping a lot of secrets from his own siblings too so he couldn't exactly judge, and Caroline was still talking.

"Yeah, well, feel free to conjure up the name and number of that guy from last night."

Laughing at the girl's train of thought Bonnie shook her head.
