There was a gentleman bunny in the South
Called Henry, and a huge friend he was
Giving snuggly warm cuddles and from his mouth
Soft kisses. But today is sad because

Loving Henry, who brought joy by the dozen
To schools, homes, hospitals, everywhere
Passed on from this world, a love frozen,
Friends left unknown for many a year

He was gentle and curious, boating on lakes,
A brother pet at home, breakfasting with deer,
He left every life touched happier in his wake
The world is less caring without him here

Thank you, Henry, for filling every day
With fluffy love and happiness simply felt
From a beautiful soul, and in every way
An angel, in whose paws all our hearts are held.
