Where can anger go?
Without another face to cringe
Or reel in disgust, shake or roll
Their eyes, smile wryly or in polite
Pacifying agreement, yes, how awful
That must feel
Then you can exhale
Unclench, loosen, growl disdainfully
Shrug, sigh, whatever, get it out of you
Physically, tease it out
Like a demon clinging to its warm home
A small shower of liquid
Foul, throw it off
Clean up, feel betterBut the spirit doesn't leave
The liquid stays and burns
Blood and breath
Cut off shorter
Live higher on less
Don't portion out
The fallout, carefully lain
In thick lead coffins
No, tack the lid down harder
So the wailing, screaming matter
Sinks deeper into the earth
And poisons each blue sky greyer.@nepion_boreas17
