Chapter 54

~Ichigos POV~

We got to Hueco Mundo and we been running up and down the dark and empty halls for a while now. I was getting irratated. We hadnt stumble upon any arrancars yet.

"Ugh Hello! Where is everybody!" I shouted turning a corner to another hall way.

"Ichigo did you hear what I just said!" Uryuu half shouted half whispered to me.

"Oh what did you say?" I asked scratching the back of my head.

"We dont know this place so you have to be quiet so we dont give off where we are to the arrancars!" He said. I rolled my eyes and just kept walking.

"Uryuu did you see any sigh of living thing so far? No and just walking around and getting boring." I groaned. I guess I annoyed Uryuu because he hit the wall about to say something when he pressed a button on the wall.

"Way to go Uryuu, you just said not to give off where we are!" I yelled at him. Then the ground started shaking. I looked behind Uryuu and Chad and saw that the ground was disappearing.

"Quick run!" Chad shouted. We ran away from the falllin ground.I saw a hall way and told th guys to follow me. Before I turned Chad almost fell into the ground. Uryuu grabbed his arn.

"Hold on!" Uryuu shouted trying to pull him up. He started sliding down to. I ran over there and grabbed Uryuus' shirt and pulled them both up.

"Thanks guys." Chad breath out. We got up from the ground and started walking again. Instead of walking down a hallway we went up a ramp.

"Ok as I suspected this place looked old. We appeared in the basement so it make sense that there are booby-traps dow here." Uryuu said. "So we have to be carful were- we step." As Uryu said that sentence I stepped on the ground and pushed a button.

"Uh-oh." I said. Then we heard something rolling. We looked ahead of us and saw a big bolder rolling down towards us. "Gah!" I said taking a step back.

"I got this." Chad said in his deep monotone voice then stepped forward.

"Are you crazy?! That could kill you!" I shouted at him. He just walked up to the bolder and placed his hand on it to make it top rolling. The bolder started to push him back. He them screamed and punch the bolder and it cracked into tiny pieces.

"Wow Chad I didnt know you could do that." I said. We heard a roaring sound then saw a big shadow appearing from the dark hall in front of us where the bolder was rolling from. "I got this guys." I grabbed the hilt of Zangestu. Before I could do anything I felt something grab the collar of my shirt and yanked be backwards.

"Ichigo you idiot, you cant fight here." Uryuu said as he pulled me while running away from the huge arrancar that emerge from the dark shadows. Damn that thing is huge! "As you havent noticed yet there isnt any window as we walked around this place. I said before we are in the basement. If you use your zanpakuto here the whole place would fall apart and we could die!"

Oh I didnt think of that.

"There I see a light!" Chad pointed. We ran towards the light and then came to a big and open place. It was empty and the only light source that was there.

"Intruders." A guy said. Someone flashstep in front of us. He was skinny and had a bird light mask on his face with points sticking out under his left eye and long fingers.

"Who are you?" I asked.

"An arrancar. But you dont need to know my name. You be dead soon." He flash step again and we jumped back.
