Dream POV:
I was the last one in school once again. The rest of the guys had already went home. Unfortunately, I was caught napping in class and was sent to detention.

Watching the clock tick down was always a tedious task. Although, sitting in silence was worse. At this point, I already knew all the regulars of detention; I was one myself. My seat mate was an underclassman named Sapnap. We were talking just earlier, however the teacher ended up throwing a ruler at us, so that was ended. At this point, he was just fiddling with his fingers.

Finally, the bell rang. With that chime, everyone immediately sprang up and left, pushing right past the mean old lady in the front. She yelled after us, no one cared. I leisurely strolled out, after all, there was no rush. After waving Sapnap goodbye, I headed to my locker. Just then, a smaller boy crashed into me, I caught him just before he fell.

He had dark brown hair and was wearing a pair of goggles.

"Oh my bad! Sorry!" He picked himself up and flashed an apologetic smile. He looked incredibly flustered. Cute.

"No worries." I responded. Observing his face, he looked very familiar, however, I couldn't seem to remember him.

"Have we met before?" We both said in unison. He had a distinct accent.

"I don't know, you just look really familiar..." he said.

"Maybe I met you in a dream," I replied, giving a little wink.

He went even redder than before.

"My name's Dream, actually." I outstretched my hand.

He took it, "I'm George. I just came from England 2 weeks ago."

"Well that'd explain the accent. Gotta say, that's pretty cute," I responded.

George flushed again. He blushes super easily.

"Well you looked like you were in a hurry-" his eyes widened at that.

"Oh god, I'm gonna be late, I gotta go, see you around!" He scampered off, almost tripping as he did.

I smile, what a strange guy.

However, when I mentioned meeting him in a dream, I wasn't joking. It was almost like deja vu, as I could've sworn I met him somewhere.

Bad's POV
"The sky is really red right now," I murmured.

It was a strange hue of pink or red. The clouds almost seemed to be glowing. The sun was setting really quickly for a Spring day. In any other situation, I would've stopped to admire the aesthetic, however, right now, I was worried. It was getting abnormally dark, Skeppy and A6d had already gone home. I took the longer route today to avoid walking alone (Dream was serving Detention), and now I'm regretting it.

I glanced at my phone, 5:32 PM. I shouldn't have stopped for those muffins earlier, but I didn't know the sun would set so early. The streets were so quiet right now, nothing to accompany me but the gentle breeze.

Suddenly, a louder crackle behind me cut through the silence like a knife. I spun around. No one. I felt my body tense up, a bad feeling in my gut stirred. Turning back around, I began to pick up my pace. I sped walk around the block, then took off running. My feet pattered against the concrete sidewalk. But they weren't alone. My suspicions were true, I could hear footsteps behind me. Oh my goodness, I'm gonna die! I began taking some sharp turns, trying to throw them off.

Before I knew it, I was backed into a corner. The adrenaline that had fueled me earlier, morphed into fear. My throat was dry from the running. My chest hurt, I was out of breath. A dark figure approached, he was wearing a dark hoodie. On his neck, was some sort of orange symbol.

"Who are you?" I asked, the tremble in my voice made it evident that I was afraid. The man said nothing, did nothing except reach into his pocket. I backed up, this time, pressed against the cold, brick walls. Whoever thought alleyways were good ideas was stupid. The sky seemed to dim even more.

The man suddenly lunged forward, holding some sort of syringe. My life flashed before my eyes, along with a sharp red glow. Just then, I found myself zipped past the man and taking off. The adrenaline had return, and somehow bursted me out of the alley. I couldn't feel my legs, they were numb, yet I knew they were moving far faster than normal. I looked down, my veins were glowing red as the sky above.
