The Tribrid Protecter [COMPLETED]

"So should we like erase her memory?" Xavier asked. We went home after the whole attack. Harmony is now tied up with a spell to keep her quiet. I know it's wrong and of course I feel bad but eh.

"She's a wolf. My compulsion won't work." I answered him.

Blake sighed exasperated. Athena just dropped her head into her hands, aggravated. I undid the spell that kept Harmony from speaking.

"What the hell are y'all talking about? Scar you're a vampire? But no your a werewolf. No you are a witch! Wait y'all are the protectors!" Harmony blurted our as soon as I lifted the spell.

"Hush, Harm! Geez." Athena said chuckling. Blake laughed also. Xavier just shook his head smirking.

"To answer your questions. Yes. We are the Protectors. Yes. I am a witch. And I am also a vampire and werewolf. I am the Tribrid Protecter." I said to Athena.

"Holy shit. There are so many rumors about you. Everyone thought you were dead. Or a myth." Harmony said looking startled.

"Harm. Listen to me. What you know about us can get you killed. We are the strongest Protectors alive. Or kinda alive. But that's beside the point. Since you're a wolf I can't compel you to forget about us. But you have to swear to not tell anyone about us. About who we are. What we are. What I am. Not your family. Not your mate. Not anyone." I spoke to her urgently and all serious.

She looked at me scared and a little proud. I smiled inside my head to se shed proud of me. She has became one of my best friends. That means she's family.

"Of course, Scar. I know the consequences would be horrible. But answer me this. Do you know that Hunter is your mate?"

"Yes. I do. I am a werewolf after all." I said laughing lightly.

"Holy crap we are like sisters!" She exclaimed. I smiled sadly. My wolf wanted to be with Hunter but I am still me. And I come with a lot of things. Things I don't ever want to put on another.

"Shit. Hunter and the pack are looking for Harmony. We never made it home and it's been hours since school was let out." Athena said looking up from her phone.

"We need to get back to your house, Harm." I spoke looking into Harmonys eyes. I could see her happiness.

"Yeah. Totally let's go babes!" She said trying to stand. Which resulted in her falling fiber because her feet were tied also. I laughed at her as did Athena, Blake, and Xavier. Harmony flipped is off and groaned.

"Where the hell have you been, Harmony Jane Kingsley!" Her father yelled as soon as we stepped into their pack house. Both packs were here. I could smell them. Harmony winced at the tone in his voice while I grinned.

"Father dearest. I had to go and help these poor girls get clothes. Their outfits were wretched and revolting." Harmony said holding her hand to her heart. Those "poor girls" were Athena and I. Blake and Xavier bursted our laughing. While I scoffed and Athen let out a 'excuse you?' Harmony just smirked. It said 'shouldn't have tied me up, assholes.'

Her dad deadpanned. Then her mom came in a told him to leave her alone. I looked down at my hands when I thought about my mother and father.

Uncle Mike came into the living room and plopped down beside Athena and I.

"I'm sorry. But you look extremely familiar. What's your name?" He asked. I tensed. As did my friends.

"Oh. Um.. I am Scarlett Greyson." I answered. I realized if I said Scarlett Grey he'd realize it was me. His niece. His best friends little girl who he probably believes is dead.

"That's a beautiful name Scarlett," Hunter, Kaden, and Daniel all walked in the living room. They sat down and Hunter sat beside me. "My niece had the name 'Scarlett' also. She passed away when she was young. Or that's what we believe." He said looking incredibly sad. My heart ached at the sight. Athena looked at me encouraging me to be okay.

"I am sorry for that." Xavier butt in sensing my dis comfort. I smiled sadly at my Uncle Mike. He just waved us off before leaving.

"Anyway. Y'all want to watch a movie?" Harmony asked. We nodded.

"Suggestions? Anyone?" Hunter asked once we made it into their theatre. I smirked.

"Can we watch Suicide Squad?" I asked giving Hunter puppy dog eyes. His eyes held love and lust. My friends groaned. I made them watch this movie with me all the time. Hunter nodded his head happily.

I squealed and hugged him. Ignoring the sparks, he wrapped his arms around me. My head on his chest. Athena cleared her throat and I quickly stepped away.

"Come on, losers!" I exclaimed sitting down. Hunter chuckled before sitting beside me. I laid my head on his shoulder as the movie started. He tensed but after awhile relaxed and wrapped his arms around me. He kissed my head.

I felt content here. Happy. Loved. In the arms of my mate.

As always I fell asleep during the movie.

"Look how adorable!"

"Gross."

"Why can we be like that?"

"Get their picture!" Then a flash went off. Groaning I looked up to see everyone standing in front of us with phones. I was laying Hunter. I quickly untangled myself and threw a pillow at them. Hunter woke up too, grumbling. I smiled.

"Fuck off. Y'all ruined my sleep! Bitch ass hoes!" I yelled out. Piece of advice- don't fuck with my sleep.

"Boo-who." Athena said smirking. I stood up and she hid behind Blake. I smirked and patted Blake's head.

We all started laughing until crash stopped us. I looked at Athena, Xav, and Blake. We all quickly ran toward the sound. There stood 10 wolves. 5 of them that I never wanted to see again. 5 of them that brought me into one of my darkest periods. 5 of them that broke me after I was already broken.

I stopped dead in my tracks which mad everyone one else stop too. Athena saw the fear in my eyes. She grabbed Blake and Xavier and got in front of me. Xavier could tell I was terrified I guess because he growled at them. As did Hunter and the rest of the guys.

"Scarlett. Did you really think you'd get away from us?" Hayden asked looking directly at me.
