Big Frilly Dress

"Baby, wait up!" Someone yelled as I walked down the halls. I turned my head to see Hunter. I smiled at him.

I stopped to wait for him until he caught up. He draped his arm over my shoulders a pecked me on the cheek. I hid my blush with my hair.

"What'd you want?" I asked. His smile grew brighter. I looked at him curiously.

"I was wondering if you wanted to go on a date with me tonight?" He asked. I chuckled at his question.

"Of course I would!" I exclaimed. He smirked as if he had won something. I rolled my eyes as we continued our walk.

We separated to different classes. He pouted because of it. He's suck a cute little alpha baby! I saw Harmony, Athena, Xavier, and Blake all sitting at a table together. I took my seat beside them.

"So, I need y'alls help tonight." I informed the girls. They looked over at me.

"What's up, doll?" Harmony asked sweetly. I groaned at the name. Hunter has been calling me a lot of names so my so called friends thought it'd be a good idea to mock it.

"First, shut the hell up," I spoke playfully. She grinned at me while the others stifled a laughter. "Second, I need you and Athena to dress me for my date with Hunt." I informed. They both beamed with happiness. Nodding their heads rapidly.

Xavier looked a little sad about the subjects of mates. He had a mate. His name was Carter. Sadly he passed. It was a rouge attack. We couldn't get there in time to save him. It haunts all of us mostly Xavier.

'You okay' I asked him through out private mind link.

'I feel guilty.' He answered sighing.

'Guilty about what, Xav?' I asked.

'I have feeling for someone else. I feel like I'm betraying Carter. It feels selfish.' He answered. I saddened at his answer. I'm overjoyed he has found someone. But he shouldn't feel guilty.

'Carter wouldn't think so. He would tell you to move on. It's what you both deserve.' I told him. He nodded. 'Now who is this unknown person?' I asked.

I felt him smile in my head. Xavier has always been like a brother to me. After my family died I tried not to let anyone in. Xavier broke the walls I built up. It wasn't easy but that didn't stop him. I knew him to be my brother afterwards.

'Its Daniel.' He mumbled. I squealed in my head. I'll have to be sure to ask about Daniel tonight on Hunter and I's date.

We stopped mind linking because the bell rang. We all sprang up.

The rest of the day passed my quickly. Hunter has been kissing me every chance he gets. He's even more protective than usual.

Once we made it home Athena and Harmony started chattering about how to dress me. Hunter said it was a surprise where we were going. Stupid Hunter.

"Maybe jeans?"

"On their first date? No way!"

"Okay dress!"

"A big frilly dress!" My face turned into pure horror at that. Harmony is crazy!

"No you dodo bird!" Athena exclaimed face palming. Harmony groaned but began looking through clothes.
