"Come here, baby girl."
Those words always send shivers down my spine.
Especially after a long day at work.
That and the incredible feeling I get when he wraps his arms around me are my favorite moments.
It's been a couple of weeks since we started having sex and I couldn't be happier.
"I love you."
He whispers, running his fingers through my hair.
Makes my toes curl.
"Oh, baby. I love you too."
I say softly, stroking his cheek.
I like saying it just as much as I like hearing it.
I love that tender look in his eyes.
"I still can't believe I'm finally head over heels. I never thought it'd happen, I always dreamed...."
He trails off, his cheeks turning a little red.
"You've always dreamed of what, honey?"
I ask, rubbing his back.
"Nah, I'm not going to say it. It's dorky, forget about it."
He sighs, gently scratching my scalp.
Damn him.
He knows just how to distract me.
"Oooh, I love ya so much, Quinny."
I sniffle, melting into his arms.
He chuckles his deep sexy chuckle.
"You've been emotional all month, lovie. You alright?"
He soothes.
I pull away.
Hmm.
It has been a month.
God, time flies by.
"I am not emotional! Of course I'm okay, it's just that I've had an increase in hormonal-"
"Are we having a baby!?"
He breathes, excitement flashing through his eyes.
I mentally face palm myself.
"We are not having a baby, you lunatic!"
I hiss, blushing.
He's been spending too much time around baby Gia.
He absolutely loves her.
"Well that's no fun."
He huffs, plopping down on the couch.
"Listen, if all the sex we're having is making you a bit mentally unstable then we can take a break."
He offers.
I sigh, kicking off my heels.
"What? No, I like having sex with you."
I complain, sitting down next to him.
He smirks.
"As flattering as that is to hear, I still think we should take a break. Now come on, let me pamper my queen."
He drawls, patting his lap.
I wince a little as I lift my feet up.
He likes to rub my feet.
He's such a weirdo.
I appreciate it though, I absolutely hate my heels sometimes.
"The stress is coming off of you in waves, you know. It's impossible to ignore, baby you're working too hard."
He tries to reason.
I take one look at my swollen feet and silently agree.
"Yeah, maybe I am. It's all worth it though. My job is so fun."
I tell him, my mind wandering to yesterday when Pam and Suzy got into it in front of the customers again.
