Before
Wally left Jason's room, he didn't know what he was feeling. He was feeling sadness, anger and confusion. He wanted Jason to fix the timeline but he can't make the decision for Jason, he needed to do it, since it was his life that someone screwed up. But the question is was it really screwed up? Jason told Wally that his life in this timeline is so much better. But, Wally felt like he should be happy and clearly in this new timeline, he's not.
It took a good minute to sink in, he's suppose to be dead. Jason told him that he died in 2016. This timeline isn't real. My life doesn't matter. Then he remembered Dick. The man he was in love with. But is it really love? He's dead, in the "real" timeline. If Jason chooses to fix the timeline he'd most likely be dead. This isn't real. This is just like an amazing dream that's actually a nightmare. In that moment, he knew what he had to do, even if it broke both of their hearts.
