I slowly opened my eyes after experiencing what's probably the worst case of exhaustion in my life. I groaned a bit and blinked to clear my vision.
"Hey, you. You're finally awake, huh?" a familiar Miko in red-white said
I looked towards the source of the voice and saw that it was indeed, Reimu. I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but this... seems familiar for some reason.
"You were caught trying to cross the border, right? Same as us, and that thief over there." Reimu said, pointing to the one sitting next to her.
She was pointing towards Marisa, whose hands were tied up. Something I missed earlier, I'm somehow sitting in some sort of horse carriage. Wait, a minute... this setting...
"Nope Nope Nope Nope Nope Nope Nope Nope Nope." I quickly said in denial. And then I proceeded to bang my head towards the wooden carriage before jumping out from it. I lost consciousness after that.
.....
"NOPE!" I screamed out as I abruptly sat up. I was drenched in a cold sweat from that... nightmare, thank god. I was not ready to live in Skyrim. I wiped the sweat off my forehead and looked around. I seem to be in some sort of bedroom? Infirmary? "Oh, wow... it was so bad that the whole writing style changed..." I said to nobody in particular.
"Meep!" I heard a squeaky voice next to me. I looked at where the voice came from and saw that it was Flandre, startled by my sudden scream.
"Flandre? How long have I been asleep?" I asked,
"Umm..." She put a finger on her chin and made a thinking pose. "About three hours, I think?" She said, sounding unsure of herself.
"Only about three hours? I felt like I've been asleep for weeks! Months even!" I said in disbelief.
"Why?"
"I think that's how long the author took to release this chapter."
"What?" Flandre is confused.
"What?" And so am I. In the distance, I can hear some wall breaking and promptly the sound of it being taped up. It's probably nothing.
"Anyway, it's good that you're awake already, (Y/N)-niisan! Now we can have dinner!" Flandre said excitedly.
"You mean you waited for me. Why?"
"Onee-sama wanted to talk to you about something. I don't really know what though."
I hummed in understanding. I exerted myself a bit to stand up, but I managed. "So, where are we supposed to go?"
"You can follow me. I will lead the way." A new challenger has appeared! Not. It was just Sakuya, or as I like to call her.
"Pad mai-" I didn't get to finish as a knife sailed right next to my cheek at lightning speed. I didn't even manage to blink.
"Finish that sentence and I swear that no amount of future sight will save you." Sakuya said with a sweet, sweet smile. The kind of smile that would make even the toughest of men cower in fear.
"D- Duly noted." I gulped as I said that. "Anyway, where are we going?"
"To the dining room. Follow me." She said as she left. Flandre and I followed her. Flandre is floating right next to me, with her crystal wings flapping all around the place.
.....
After minutes of walking and admiring just how big and red this mansion is, we arrived at our destination, the dining room. Inside was a large table not unlike the ones you see during a villain's meeting. Sitting in the dining room was Remilia, a girl with purple hair wearing purple pajamas-like-clothes and a crescent moon ornament on her hair, and surprisingly, or not so surprisingly, Marisa.
