Love Conquers All (COMPLETED)

Chapter 1

FIRST ENCOUNTER

Gulf is working effortlessly. He's getting his work done before his best friend Techno arrives to pick him up for a coffee when his phone rings. As he looked at his phone it's from an unknown number 'hello good afternoon, what can I do for you?' he answered. 'yes hello sir, are you Gulf sir? Your friend is in the hospital right now' a woman answered. Shocked he asked ask the hospital's address before running furiously. In the parking lot, as he is trying to start his motorbike he accidentally scratched a luxurious car. The owner then arrives and shouts at him 'what the fuck did you do to my car?' 'I'm sorry sir, I'm in a hurry and I couldn't pay you right now as I left my wallet in my office. Will you please let me go? I'll give you my number and you can call me anytime as I'm willing to compensate for what I've done' he answered politely but the man didn't accept his offer thinking that the man in front did it intentionally. He grabbed the Gulf's collar angrily and says 'do you think I'll believe you fucking scammer? I've met thousands of bastards like you' Gulf is trying to be patient and ask politely once again but the man didn't listen. He's running out of time, thinking that his friend might die in the hospital he says 'I'm sorry, I have to this, hope you'll forgive me' then he punch the man in front of him and run towards his motorbike and run. The man who just got punched is Mew, just as he thought that he's having a great day since he finally found a good graphic designer but he's car is a little ruined and got punched by a stranger. Frustrated he drive back to his company.

Gulf arrives in the hospital running like there's no tomorrow. He asked 'excuse me nurse where can I asked my friend's room number?' the nurse answered 'just go straight sir, the second counter is for costumer service you can ask there' 'okay thank you'. He finally found his friend's room number and go there. As he knocked the door no one answers so he slowly open the door to see Techno lying on the hospital bed, sleeping peacefully with a bandage in the right foot, stitches on his left arm and few bruises on his face. He look at his friend in this horrible state, he cries without him being aware of it. Techno is awaken due to the silent cry from his friend. He tried to cheer up, he never see his friend cry for almost 6 years. He cheerfully says 'hey my lovey dovey best friend don't cry like I'm going to die. Yow I'm here alive and kicking.' Gulf responds 'as if you'll be able to kick with that broken leg of yours and no I'm not crying' 'you know what you're thinking literally I thought you're genius? But seriously buddy I'm okay. I will be healed soon, don't worry so much' says Techno with a serious tone. 'hm how do you feel? Do you need anything?' Gulf asked worriedly 'nothing friend, relax but I'm actually happy I'm able to see you cry again after a long time so it means you're finally back to being a human' techno says sincerely. 'whatever, you crazy idiot.. so what happened? Did you drive while you're drunk?' 'of course not, I was driving slowly when suddenly there's a car going to me, I can see that the driver is trying his best not to hit me but I couldn't do anything because if I turn to any lane the accident would be bigger' ' I see, I was worried like hell' Gulf suddenly becomes silent as Techno was about to ask why Gulf says 'this is why I wanted you to stay away from me but you're so stubborn, I told you everyone who are close to me dies.'

'don't tell me you're going to push me away from your life again just because of the accident? Gulf it's been years can't you just move on. People dies, everyone dies and if you're worried that I'd die because of you will you please stop that? You're hurting yourself with that stupid reason of yours. Don't you dare leave me hanging you cold idiot or I'll hunt you down till death. Seriously, I'm your best friend, brother so don't think anything stupid. Of course, I'll be more than willing to die for you as much as you do to me' says techno. Gulf just look at him and say thank you.

After few hours chit chatting, the doctor came and told them about the injuries techno have and what are the things they could do. Techno needs to rest for few months and might undergo therapy for him to be able to walk again. Techno is worried how he could do survive for months. Who'll take care of him as his only family who is his father abandoned him since he found out about him being gay, he's living in his own condo alone though life was hard but he was able to survive with the help of his best friend. Gulf see that his friend is worried. So says 'you don't have to worry techno. I could stay in your condo to take care of you' 'but how about you? You never leave your house not even a single night ever since.' 'it's okay I can handle that techno no worries'

Techno is worried for his friend. Gulf is his best friend's boyfriend but his best friend died because of cancer. He still remember how broken Gulf was, crying all day and night long, no interest in everything about life even eating. When Techno didn't show up to Gulf crying broken-hearted, Gulf wouldn't stop breaking his self. Techno could still clearly remember how broken he was when he talked to his family about him having a boyfriend, his family couldn't accept him while his so called boyfriend was cheating behind his back. 

They were both broken and a mess during those times. They went to US to heal themselves using the money they both saved. He couldn't imagine his life without Gulf beside him. 

Gulf can't help but remember how painful his life is, his mother died while giving birth to him, his beloved boyfriend died because of cancer and he couldn't save nor help him and that hurts so much. Now, seeing Techno, lying in a hospital bed scares him, scares him too much that he didn't notice he's crying. 

'please stop crying Gulf, I'm okay. I won't die yet, I won't leave you' Gulf just give a warm smile.
