Chapter 7

NIGHTMARE 

Techno brought Gulf to the hospital but he's starting to feel that it's a wrong decision. He knows that Gulf hates hospital and he's completely aware of the reason behind it. He's getting more worried specially now that Gulf is having nightmares again. 'Please, you can do it babe, please fight, please fight for me. Don't leave me please I can't make  it without you' Gulf. 'Gulf wake up! wake up it's just a dream a bad dream' Techno tried to calm Gulf. He's just sitting next to Gulf, looking at him with worries. He can't help but cry. This is the reason why he can't let him live alone. If it's only him, he wouldn't let Gulf come back here. He would always choose to stay either Spain or US to avoid this kind of painful moment. He knows that even after all these years his sky still couldn't move on from his boyfriend's death. He's been there and witnessed how broken his sky was.  He can't help but to feel afraid and a lot of what if's playing in his mind. What if Gulf will be back being broken again? what if Gulf will start drowning his self in alcohol again? what if he'll see him crying all day and night again? what will he do? just by thinking of those he can't help but feel bad for his friend. 

Mr. Suppapong arrived in the hospital to visit Gulf. 'I'm just here to give these fruits to him. how is he?' 'i don't know yet sir, the doctor said that it's just a normal fever but i'm more worried of his emotional state' Techno said while looking at Gulf. 'i'm sorry to hear that, everything will be fine soon. let's just pray for him. by the way, i have to go i'll talk to Mr. Suppasit.' 'I'll go with you.' Mr. Suppapong just nodded. But before they left,  they ask Jane to stay inside Gulf's room to look after him.

In Mew's office, Run is working silently he doesn't want to talk to his friend because if he does, he knows that he can't stop his self from scolding his friend. He's busy working when Techno and Mr. Suppapong arrive. 'The CEO is in his office, please come with me' He welcomed them and guide them to the office without asking permission from Mew. 

'Mr. Suppapong, what can I do for you?' Mew asked. 'I'm here to discuss about the contract, Gulf stayed here for almost three months but I'm afraid Gulf won't come back here anymore. I know the contract is good for five months but you violated the terms and conditions written in the contract. First, you're asking him to discuss the designs to you though he didn't obey you it's clear that you violated what's written on article 7 of the contract. Second, you're forcing him to work just as before he goes home. You're violating the flexible working schedule written in article 4 and lastly, you touched his personal stuff, that's article 1. You are the first company who did it to him. You've wasted the chance you got' Mr. Suppapong explained. 

'Mr. Suppapong, what can I do to get Gulf back? I'm sorry for what I did. I'd like to ask for a chance just one month. Please, one month would do' Mew pleaded. 'No, it's me who'll decide it. He's not working here again and about the contract, you violated it. But if you still insist I would be willing to file a case against your company and I'll make sure I'll sue you' Techno answered in a fierce manner. 

'Look, we don't have to reach that far' Run tried to talk. 'Why not? who are you to stop me? as far as i remember i have nothing to do with you' 'oh really, do you really want it that way? do you think you'll win against me? are you willing to lose your company?' Mew interrupted.

'yes, i'm more than just willing' Techno answered 'Techno, please you don't know what will happen to both of you if you'll do that, you'll be in danger?' Run says. 'since when did you care about me being in danger? you're worried? thanks but no thanks i don't fucking care if i'll lose everything, i don't fucking care if i'll die, i don't fucking care if i'll be living in the street. But i won't stop until I can assure that you two won't see Gulf ever again' Run couldn't believe what he just heard. He's not the Techno he used to know six years ago. It's not him. He changed.

'Calm down Techno, I understand you but you know Gulf won't like it if he finds out what you're doing' Mr. Suppapong said. 'Sir, how can I calm down, that bastard just opened a hidden file of Gulf, he just touched Gulf's personal file. Fucking personal file, a file I didn't even dare to open. He's having nightmares again. First, fever, now nightmare! what's next? if he won't leave here something worst would happen again. I couldn't let that to happen sir, I can't'

'okay, we'll terminate the contract whether you'll like it or not Mr. Suppasit, hope you'll understand. You're genius right? try to figure out what you've done and ask yourself if you deserve to receive any services from Gulf. We don't need to reach to the court just let Gulf go. You were unreasonable and if you continue doing this, you'll surely ruin your company's reputation. Think about this carefully.'

'yes, hello Jane what's wrong. okay, hello Mi cielo, yes, i'm coming. we'll go home just stay there wait for me, please relax. I'll be there in few minutes' Techno answered his phone. 'let's go sir. Gulf is waiting' They left and go straight to the hospital. 

'What did you do Mew? you've gone so far.' 'let's just accept the contact termination or else we'll face a bigger problem. If you won't tell me anything I couldn't help you anymore'

'When you asked me to get a file from Gulf's desktop, a file caught my attention and i opened it i saw pictures of a man and Gulf. Then, some designs. I got this picture and this design.'

'this is Techno's best friend but he died because of cancer, Mew do you have any idea what you've done? you just opened a file that should be forgotten'

'wait this man is dead? what is he to Gulf?'

'will you please stop Mew? please fucking stop involving yourself to others' lives. Mind your own fucking business. You're unbelievable. Seriously? Please stop that! I don't know how to help you anymore!' Run shouted and walked out.

He couldn't believe. He doesn't have any idea that Mew have this kind of attitude. 'How did I even get myself a fucking bastard best friend?'

'Sir, how can I calm down, that bastard just opened a hidden file of Gulf, he just touched Gulf's personal file. Fucking personal file, a file I didn't even dare to open. He's having nightmares again. First, fever, now nightmare! what's next? if he won't leave here something worst would happen again. I couldn't let that to happen sir, I can't' this statement from Techno keeps playing in his mind. 

'How can i clean up this mess Mew? How can I help you this time' Run is going crazy.
