TRUTH AND BULLET

The next day Gulf wake up because of his phone's continuous ring. He answered his phone without looking at the caller. 'Hello baby, good morning! How are you? I miss you so much.' Mew said from the other line. Gulf tried to act like he knows nothing and said 'I'm okay moo, I miss you too.' Gulf answered. 'Baby, can we have a date today?' Mew asked. Gulf is surprised to hear that question from him and as much as he wanted to, he has to do something more important. 'I'm sorry moo, I still have something to do! Cloud and Techno are still here. I'll just call you when I'm free okay?' Gulf refused trying to sound like everything's okay. 'Oh, okay baby. I miss you so much. Hope to see you soon. I love you baby' Mew responded sound disappointed. 'I love you too moo. Bye I have to go now' Gulf said and ended the call without waiting Mew's response. Gulf then wash his face and brush his teeth before he goes out in his room. When he reached the living room there's an unfamiliar figure talking with Techno. Techno then looked at him worriedly and run towards him to give him a hug. Gulf is confused as he don't have any idea what's going on. Techno then guided him to sit in the sofa. Gulf just obeyed Techno. 

As he sit in front of the unfamiliar man, his heart started beating crazily. He's nervous but he don't know why. 'It's nice to finally meet you my one and only son' The middle aged man said. Gulf heard it clearly and his tears are about to fall but he managed to ask. 'son?' 'Yes, you are my son.' the man said. 'okay wait. I don't know what's going on here. You're telling me I'm your son. How come? How about my father?' Gulf asked in panic. 'Okay, let me explain everything. Your so called dad, me and another friend are best friends. Way back then your so called father didn't want to have a child so he undergone a vasectomy but the problem is, he did that without your mom's consent. When your mom found out about it, she got mad as she really loves children. They separated for a while, during that time your mother would always call me whenever she's drunk until one night, something happened to us. I admit, I fell in love with your mother but I kept holding back as she's still married. Months passed by, your father asked for a second chance and promised your mother to adopt a child. To make the story short, they got back together and we found that she's pregnant. The three of us talked about it and we confessed to your father. At first, he got mad but soon he accepted it with a condition that I have  to disappear from their lives. I went to France and live my life there. However, when I found out about your mother's death. I came back here but I couldn't find him anymore. Your so called father brought you and  left Bangkok. I didn't have any idea where to find you as he used all of his connection from politics and business world to stop me.' 'So, if that's the case then who am I? and how did you find me?' Gulf asked. 'You're a Traipipattanapong and I found out about you from Techno.' His dad answered. 'wait? traipipattanapong? you mean the owner of the owner of Bangkok International Airport and Bangkok Medical Center? and what do you mean by Techno?' Gulf asked more wiping his own tears. 'Techno's mother is my sister, I have a constant  communication with Techno for about three years but I don't have any idea about you until I found your name in Techno's company profile. I then searched about you and asked Techno about it' His father explained. 'Mi cielo? You knew about this? why didn't you tell me about it?' Gulf asked looking at Techno but before Techno could answer his father talked again 'Don't blame him son, it's me who stopped him from telling you. I wanted to tell you personally but I was afraid that you might not accept me' 'So why now? why are you telling me all of these things now?' Gulf asked back. 'Because you are in danger son and I need to protect you' Gulf's dad answered full of worries. 

Gulf went silent for a while trying to process all the heavy truth he just found out. He let out a heavy sigh before he ask 'what do you mean I'm in danger?' Techno signaled his uncle not to talk as he wants Gulf to know about it from him. 'mi cielo, there are people who wants to take revenge against you.' Gulf's expression is puzzled but before he could ask, Techno continued. 'the person behind your so called scandal is Mew's father. He is the one who hired the reporter. There are spies in our company too and the person behind that is your foster father. We found out that he paired up with Tharn's father. Tharn's father is still blaming you for what happened to his son. You have to be careful as well as Mew. Tharn's father isn't just a plain businessman but he has done illegal things too.' Techno explained worriedly. 'So, son. Please I want you all to go to France while I'm solving problems here.' Gulf's father added. 'No, If I'm leaving then all of us must leave. No one will stay not even our trusted people in our companies mi cielo, if we have to sell our company then let's do it!' 'Okay, son. We'll leave Bangkok as soon as possible. You don't have to sell your company, I can handle that' Gulf's dad responded. 'Okay and one more thing, no one must know that you're my father. I don't want to put you in danger.' Gulf said looking at his dad. 'Okay son just please let me to be your father, I can come here sometimes in the future and solve your problems secretly. This time, I'll do everything as your father' Gulf's dad said holding his son's hands. 'Yes, yes Dad. You can leave the country first if you want. I'll follow the day after tomorrow' Gulf said looking at his dad with a smile. 'No, we must go together' Techno said. 'No we can't, if we do they might found out about this. Mi cielo, you go first with Cloud.' Gulf answered. 'How about the company? how are we going to handle it?' Techno asked. 'You can go back to US with Jack mi amor. I'll make an act that I'm selling the company to Mr. Traipipattanapong  while Gulf do his thing. No one would find it suspicious since I'm not related to him and we can follow you later together making it look like a business transaction' Cloud suggested. 'No, that's dangerous Cloud they might follow us there, after the fake business transaction I'll go back to France and you Cloud go to back to US. Son, wait for few more days before going back to US' Gulf's father added. 'But uncle, don't you think it's too dangerous for Gulf to stay here longer?' Techno asked. 'It might be but there's nothing to worry I have my men here' Gulf's father answered.
