"You're literally the dumbest human being I ever met on planet earth." Sero shakes his head with his hands in his pockets.
"Shut the fuck up. That's not even possible. You're friends with Denki."
"He's not that dumb as you all believe."
"You forced me to come here!"
"You said yesterday that you're not afraid."
"I'm not. Now, come and help me." Bakugou growls and tries to get on his feet again but the ice doesn't help him at all. "Sero, fucking help me, you good for nothing."
"Good for nothing?" Sero raises a brow and looks down on Bakugou.
"So, are you not gonna help me, for real?"
"Maybe if you ask nicer."
"Suck my dick, fucking bitch."
"Too small for my liking." Sero says with a calm voice.
"If you're not gonna get my ass up of this fucking floor I'm gonna rip your head off."
"How if you can't get up?" Sero chuckles.
"I'm so gonna tell your mom, I don't care."
"Damn I'm so scared." Sero says with a monotonous voice.
"The fuck is your problem, Hanta? Help me." Bakugou asks pissed.
It's nearly as if Hanta has some personal vendetta against Bakugou and the one freezing his bum off on the ice doesn't understand why.
Hanta crouches down, "I'll help you if you're nice for the rest of the day."
"Hell no. You're not even nice."
"Because you're not."
"Get. Me. Up."
"No."
"...Sero, come on, please." Bakugou says suddenly calmer and tries to wrap his arms around Sero's shoulders.
"Tzz you can't wrap me around your finger today with your little kisses and hugs." Sero says and gives Bakugou a kiss on his nose. "Are you gonna be nice today?"
"Can I say fuck and bitch? Because I can't stop saying these that quickly." Bakugou sighs.
"If you stop insulting me all the time it's fine."
"Alright, get me up now." Bakugou says.
Sero puts his hands firmly on Bakugou's waist and slowly gets up with him.
"I can't feel my fucking ass. Thank you, Sero."
Sero moves his hand to Bakugou's bum and pats it slowly, "I can. It's still there, don't worry."
"Fuck that shit. I can't even feel your fingers. Let's go home. I'm sick of that shit."
"Alright, take my hands."
"No, I always fall down like that." Bakugou says and wraps his arms around Sero's back.
"Ok, but not so tight I can't move like that."
Bakugou does as Sero says and just clinges to Sero's black hoodie to feel at least some kind of security.
"Calm down, Kats. Don't move. I'm gonna do that. You're not gonna fall down."
"How the hell am I supposed to believe that? You probably gave me thousands of bruises."
"Because you didn't listen to me. Just trust me, alright?"
"Hm." Bakugou makes uncomfortably.
Sero kisses his forehead and then finally turns around so that he has to go backwards.
"Won't you fall down?"
"No, it's fine. I do that all the time and the place where we can go out isn't that far away."
"I don't want you to be backwar-"
"Katsuki, I said trust me. I did that with Denki all the time when he couldn't skate yet. But actually I have an other way too." Sero mutters. He slowly turns around in Bakugou's arms so that Bakugou's front is against Sero's back.
"Is that better?"
"Hm."
Sero puts his hands on Bakugou's arms that are wrapped around him and slowly starts skating. He notices how Bakugou's grip tightens around him probably subconsciously but he lets him because he can still move in this position.
"Focus on how smooth the ice feels under your feet. Maybe, close your eyes."
"My eyes are already closed."
Sero chuckles softly, "Alright but try to lose this pressure on your body. You're probably tightening every muscle in your body."
"I can't help myself."
"Try."
"Just fucking move."
"Try, Katsuki. I know that feeling, once you loosen up you'll see that your fear will lessen."
Sero tries to help Bakugou but to be honest he doesn't understand why Bakugou is so afraid of falling on the ice. And he has this feeling that Bakugou can't trust him. But he won't talk about all of this now because it will just make Bakugou more anxious.
"I-i can't...at least not for long. I'm...sorry." Bakugou says with a shaking voice Sero never heard from him. He's so scared. Why did he say that he can come or didn't he know that he'll be that afraid. Sero feels guilty. He halts in his movements for a second, "It's alright, bud. You're doing good. We're almost there actually."
Sero notices the exit of the ice skating place.
"Really?"
"Yes, right here. You can open your eyes." Sero stops and turns around slowly again. He takes Bakugou's hands in his and helps him to get on the place where the floor is not icy anymore.
Bakugou sits down on the floor and exhales shakily.
"Katsuki, what's going on? Why are you so scared?" Sero asks worried.
"I'm not scared."
"You are terrified! But it's fine we don't have to talk right now." Sero takes off Bakugou's shoes after he noticed how Bakugou struggles to even open the laces.
"Thanks."
Sero just presses a kiss against Bakugou's cheek and then stands up to exchange these shoes with their own again.
Bakugou waits for him there. But it doesn't seem like the knot in his chest tries to go away. Actually it feels with the minute tighter and tighter.
He lays down on the ground and tries to inhale deeply but it doesn't work he can just take short breaths.
"Katsuki, what's- Katsuki, breath! Look at me. Look at me." Sero takes Bakugou's face between his large hands, panicking.
Bakugou opens his eyes widely and looks around him quickly taking loud shaky breaths in between his words he can't seem to finish, "W-what...Hanta..I.."
"Concentrate on me. Not the surroundings. Copy my breathing."
"I-i can't."
"Stop talking. Copy. Slowly. In...Out."
"In...Out..." Bakugou says slowly and mimics Sero's breathing. Breathing deeply into his stomach and then exhaling through his mouth.
"That's good, pal." Sero says and slowly massages Bakugou's shoulders and arms.
"Ok...ok. I-i'm good now." Bakugou says quietly with closed eyes and takes Sero's hands in his. He has to feel someone next to him.
Bakugou starts to be fully aware again. He asks himself what dumb thing caused him to actually come here. He knew that it would be problematic.
"I gotta be honest, I didn't think that I would react that bad." Bakugou says with a low chuckle.
Sero pulls him up, "We'll talk later."
"I gotta wear my shoes first."
"Right. Take your time.""I need water." Bakugou says directly as they enter their appartement and goes to the kitchen.
On the way here they were both pretty normal but Sero couldn't stop worrying about Bakugou.
They know each other pretty long now but Sero never witnessed Bakugou being scared of anything. He's afraid of some animals but it's not a phobia or anything it's fine. But what Sero saw today was completely unusual for Bakugou.
Sero follows Bakugou into the kitchen and just leans against the counter.
Bakugou chugs the water down as if he was in need of water for days.
He turns around after disposing of the water bottle and steps to Sero.
"Thanks." Bakugou mumbles uncomfortably.
"Of course." Sero nods slowly.
"I told you about Anna, right?"
"Your older sister." Sero nods and furrows his eyebrows.
"Yeah." Bakugou wraps his arms around Sero again and he embraces him back. "She loved ice skating."
"Kats-" Sero starts guilty. He brought him to a place that reminds Bakugou of his dead sister.
"I didn't tell you that when she died I was there. I saw how she fell into the ice cold water but I couldn't do anything. I was like six nearly seven. The friend who was with us reacted too late. She didn't die because she drowned but because of the coldness."
Sero holds him tight. He knew that Bakugou's sister died while skating on frozen ice. But he certainly didn't know that Bakugou had to see it with his own eyes.
"Why didn't you tell me that you don't wanna go?"
"...I wanted to go. I tried multiple times to go on my own but I backed away every time I had to wear the shoes."
"We could've gone together."
"So that I have a panic attack in front of you every time but won't explain you why and then we'll fight? No, thanks."
"You told me now."
"Because I thought about it and in the end I found it dumb that I didn't wanna tell you."
"At least you got some sense."
"Shut up." He says but without the usual threat in his tone.
"I was really scared when I saw you lying there." Sero mumbles.
"I know, I'm sorry. But I gotta say you calmed me down fucking fast."
"Really? Does it take longer normally?"
"Sometimes the only time I can breath again is when I fall unconscious."
"Katsuki?!" Sero says shocked, "What the fuck?"
Bakugou shrugs, "Not important."
"It is important. Very important." Sero holds him back by the shoulders. "Don't you wanna get help."
"Help?"
"Yes."
"For what?"
"I think it's dangerous. What if it happens and no one is there to help you?"
"It happened multiple times." Bakugou shrugs.
"But I don't want it to happen multiple times."
"Hanta, it doesn't mat-"
"It does to me, Katsuki. Don't go alone anymore, ok?"
"Hn." He makes uncomfortable.
"Hey." Sero holds him back, "Please. If you don't care. Think about me, I care." Sero says softly and takes Bakugou's hands in his.
"...yeah, alright." Bakugou says quietly. "Now, stop making me feel uncomfortable, bitch." He adds.
Sero chuckles softly. "I'm sorry, Kats. It just scared me but I'm fine now." Sero explains.
"You better be fine because I'm fine, no need to worry."
Sero nods and presses his lips against Bakugou's hands.
