Flower forcefully grabbed (Reader)'s arm, running from the Card guards at full speed. "Flower! Why are we running? And what the hell are Card guards!?" (Reader) yelled. "Card guards are the royal guards! They work for the Red King and Queen." A worried Flower responded. Even though (Reader) could only see the back of Flower's head, she could clearly hear how distraught the boyish girl was.

(Reader) quickly found it hard to keep up with Flower, the further they ran into the woods. "Flower! Slow down!" (Reader) yelled in a hoarse voice, as she was already out of breath from running so quickly. To make matters worse, (Reader) had to run in heels. "Keep you're voice down! If they hear you, or me, then they'll know someone is running from them." Flower spoke sternly, her voice only slightly hitched.

Flower made a quick and sharp turn to her left, causing (Reader)'s left arm to collide into a tree. (Reader) let out a rather loud scream of pain; as her arm had crashed into the tree so hard, that both girls were able to hear the loud that came with it.  "I'm so sorry. I've run this path serval times before, and I know for a fact that there's hiding spot just up ahead. Once we're there I'll check to see if your arm is alright. " Flower panted, as she slowed down a bit.

Flower stopped running, as she and (Reader) came into contact with a thick patch of vines. She pulled the vines to the side, as though they were curtains, revealing an almost pitch black cave.  The two hastily walked into the dark cave. As (Reader) was about to start asking more questions, she was suddenly pinned to ground by Flower. "What are you-" (Reader)'s words became muffled, as Flower had quickly covered (Reader)'s mouth with her hand.

"Shh. They'll hear us." Flower's voice came out in a barely audible whisper. If Flower hadn't been so close to (Reader)'s ear, she wouldn't have been able to hear her. And as if right on cue, the Card guards came running past the patch of vines that hid the two girls.

It was a total of seven minuets before all Card guards were gone. Flower crawled off of (Reader), allowing her to sit up. (Reader) winced in pain as she sat up. Nothing but pain shot up her arm. Flower, now crouching,  reached out her hand for (Reader) to grab. Without hesitation, she grabbed ahold of Flowers hand; and was swiftly pulled back up to her feet.

She instinctively held her throbbing arm. (Reader) watched as Flower's dark figure pulled something out of it's pocket. (Reader) heard what sounded like a hissing noise; and suddenly, there was more light than before. "Where did you get the matches?"

"Borrowed them from a friend." Flower's, now illuminated, face was emotionless. Flower gently, yet hesitantly, wrapped her arm around (Reader)'s waist. "I hope this doesn't make you uncomfortable. I-I want to make sure we don't separated from each other, a-as it's rather dark a-and quite easy to get lost."

"It's fine. I don't mind." (Reader) softly spoke. Just as the match burned out, Flower and (Reader) had reached a small area in the cave. It had a small, hand crafted fire pit with logs and large sticks surrounding it. "I'll get a fire going. Just sit down, and keep a few matches lit for me. Alright?"

"Alright."

"Once I get the fire going, I'll check on your arm."

"Okay." (Reader)'s voice came out shaky. She lit a match, as Flower had requested, and watched as Flower quickly got to work. (Reader) tried to focus on Flower, but found it incredibly difficult as her mind was somewhere else.

(Reader)'s heart was beating so fast, she believed it was going to jump out of her chest. When Flower had grab her hand, she immediately felt butterflies in her stomach; though she didn't know why. And when Flower had wrapped her arm around her waist, (Reader) felt a surge of electricity go through her body.

(Reader) was confused, as she had never felt these things before. 'Is there something wrong with me?' (Reader) was snapped out of her thoughts by Flower caressing her arm. "It doesn't seem to be broken, but we'll have Piko his healing abilities just in case." Flower spoke ever so softly. The longer Flower's hand lingered on her shoulder, the more (Reader)'s heart raced.

As Flower pulled away, (Reader) felt a sense of longing begin to take form. "Flower. Why were we running from those so called Card guards? Are you some kind of wanted criminal?" (Reader) asked. "No."

"Do they just not like you? And wouldn't I have been fine? Seeing as how this is my first here in Wonderland." Flower's posture stiffened as (Reader) the sentence. "Flower-"

"I don't to want talk about it." Flower quickly replied. "Why not?"

"I just don't."

"And why is that!?"

"Alice, please!" Flower cried. "My name's not  Alice." (Reader) spoke through. She had been called Alice several times by Fukase, and once by Piko. And it was beginning to get on (Reader)'s nerves. "My apologies for calling by the wrong name. I...I'm just not ready to talk about that, or her, yet." Flower sighed. "Flower." (Reader) called out. "Yes- uHm. Y-You're very close." Flower stuttered, as her face slowly turned red.

Indeed, (Reader) was quite close to Flower; so close that every time (Reader) would inhale, her chest would brush against Flower's arm - causing Flower's face to grow an increasingly deeper shade of red. "You want me to trust you, and believe you me I want to trust you. But you being so secretive is making it a rather difficult task. I won't pressure you into telling me something you don't feel-"

"Don't move."

"W-Why?" (Reader)'s voice came out shaky. "I just...want to try something." Flower's breathing grew faster. "O-Okay." (Reader)'s eyes grew wide as Flower cupped one of her cheeks, leaned down slightly, and placed her lips on hers.
