Chapter 68: lets play tag

Jane's pov
The next day
I woke up early and went into the kitchen. I saw Laughing Jack and Slender making breakfast.
"Slender, can I talk to you?", I asked.
"Sure, child. What is it?",slender said.
"I heard Sally last night.", I said.
"You're just hearing things.", he said.
"I saw her too, Slendy. In the spare room.", I said.
"Jane, that's not possible. Sally has been dead for seventeen years. Zalgo killed her. Remember?", slender said.
"I know but maybe she came back.", I said.
Laughing Jack stop what he was doing then turn to me.
"Maybe you want another child. That's why you are seeing Sally.", LJ said.
"I don't want another kid. At least not now. I killed my daughter, not that long ago.", I said.
Slender was stirring the pancake mix.
"He could be right.", slender said.
"I'm sure that I don't want another kid.", I said.
"Get everyone up. Breakfast is almost done.", slender said.
"I'm not saying have another kid with him?", LJ asked.
Laughing Jack went closer to me and put his arm around me. Out of nowhere L.J had a knife in his hand. He screamed.
"I don't think so.", Jeff said.
L.J pull the knife out then turned around and saw Jeff.
"I was only kidding, Jeffy.", LJ said.
"Better to be safe then sorry.", Jeff said.
Jeff smiled at L.J then grabbed his knife.
"Sleep well,Jane?", he asked.
"Yeah.", I said.
Everyone got up and ate breakfast. Slender drove us to school. I went to my first period class.
"Jane, play with me.",Sally said.
I saw Sally in front of my desk. Does no one else see her or hear her?
I whispered to Sally.
"I can't right now. I'm busy.", I whispered.
"But I want to play.", Sally said.
"No. Go away.", I whispered.
"Play with me! Now!", Sally yelled.
I raised my hand.
"Yes, Everlasting?", the teacher asked.
"May I go to the bathroom?", I asked.
"Sure.", the teacher said.
The teacher handed me the note.
I went outside into the hallway. I whisper to Sally.
"Okay. I only have five minutes.", I said.
"Let's play tag.", Sally said.
She poked me.
"Tag your it.", she said.
Then she ran off. I ran following after her. I ran until there was a window open on the second floor. I ran out the window. Someone grabbed me.
"Whoa. Got ya.", the person said.
Whoever it was pulled me back to safety. I looked up and saw Jeff.
"Jane. you okay?", Jeff asked.
"Yeah.", I said.
"What were you doing?", he asked.
"I was playing tag with Sally.", I said.
"Jane, let's take you to the nurse.", he said.
"But I'm fine.", I said.
Jeff grabbed my hand and lead me to the nurse.
