Kuroko's POV~

"BEEEEEEP!~BEEEEEEP!~BEEE-!" my eyes opened slowly as I felt the sunshine on my eyelids, and my alarm clock sounded as if there was no tomorrow. I sat on my soft bed while staring at my hands with no intention of standing up

"ah~ I remember that I was no longer in America" I sighed deeply and hit my alarm in annoyance

yes, you are right from what you all heard, I am from America and where I also grew up with my brother, it is difficult to explain but because of our parents we went back here to Japan to continue my middle school and my brother's high school

honestly, I really have no intention of going back to Japan because I prefer to live forever in America without being far away from our parents, and I enjoy studying there with my friends

I just don't really understand why our parents still have to bring us back here to Japan, I mean I live a better life there in America than here. I am happy to be with those close to me in my life, there I read peacefully, no one bothers me when I rest, I am always with my friends, and just play basketball

all that for me is perfect, then this is all I can receive back? it seems that destiny is bad for me

"annoying!" I scratched my head in anger and stood up to prepare for my first day of school at Teiko

my mother said, that is the most popular school here in Japan. News to others is that the basketball team there allegedly won several times and reached the nationals. Well, I'm not sure if it's true. because I've heard a lot of news like this, but when you meet them in real life, you can see their true color

I'm not arrogant, but I'm just making sure because I also experienced being invited by another school because I was good at basketball, but I rejected all of that. because why not? Besides, I am enough for my real team, and I do not want to waste my time with such arrogant people and all they have in mind is to be famous.

and you may be wondering why so many different schools lined up and wanted to invite me to their team. Let's just say that I am one of the most famous team captains in our school.

When I was a child, I really wanted to play basketball then, I always saw on TV the famous teams playing, they always showed their cool shooting, even far or near. the ball does not hesitate to enter the net. so when I was 6 years old, I promised myself that I would be a famous basketball player and my parents would see me on tv

it's just funny because that might not happen because now I'm here in Japan with my brother

"ahh..." I just sighed again and walked to the bathroom which is also inside my room, I reached for the doorknob and twisted it to the right. when I entered, I turned on the light switch so I could see where I was going

and to my surprise, the size of this bathroom for someone for me

I will admit that our flight here to Japan also arrived late, so I don't have time to tour our house and I went to sleep right away because I know I still have school tomorrow and I am not allowed to be late

but the real reason why we were late for our flight, was because of my older brother Sakuya

because he cried incessantly while hugging our parents as if he did not want to let go, I could do nothing but stand on one side while waiting for him to stop. but my bad luck, because of him we were a few hours late

"It's time to take a bath" I whispered to myself and closed the door behind me and took a step towards the bathtub

"I hope nothing weird happened on my first day of school"
