In Harlem, New York, that night. Aaron Davis, a low level criminal felon with a sense of morality. Also, Miles' uncle and Jefferson's brother who doesn't associate with anymore. At a nightclub, he was with some of his boys and use to work for the Kingpin after he was cut off. He is now in a crew who call themselves, "The Outlaws", their leader is Thomas Fireheart, also known as Puma

"Its our night boys. Its The Outlaws! We run these streets!" Puma said while Aaron was sipping on Henny.

Sam, who came to town, walked in the club and saw Sarah Walberg. An FBI agent who knew Sam when they were in the Air Force together and they use to go out. He walks over to her and talk.

"You solve the case on that young woman you found under the bridge?" Sam said.

"I thought clubs weren't your scene." Sarah said.

"I was in the neighborhood. Thought I could stop by." Sam said as he took a sip of tequila.

"Another cop used abuse of power on black man who was driving home. You know what that means, more protesting and riots." Sarah said.

"Too much of this stuff going on right now in the world and I need to be up on it. That's my fear it's that my nephews are going to grow up and one day, a cop could either kneel on them or shoot them for no reason. It's really hard to be black these days." Sam said.

"The Outlaws are here." Sarah said.

"It wasnt just me. I just had a little help with The Crew. Sam said.

"The Crew?" Sarah said.

"Yo! Look who it is. The Black Captain America!" Puma yelled across the club.

"You werent lying about The Outlaws." Sam said.

"Ever since The Blip happened, they start ruling Harlem. When Steve Rogers keeps locking them up. They keep doing the same thing. I think they're so far up their asses. So goddamn igornant." Sarah said.

"Yo, Sam! Come on up here!" Puma yelled.

"Alright! I'll be up! Let's me see what this fool wants." Sam said.

"Our new Captain America is in the building." Puma said as Sam walks up to the VIP lounge while Aaron gave him a side eye look.

"Puma. Whats up, man?" Sam said.

"Whats up, fam? Puma said.

"How you been?" Sam said.

"I've been blessed. I heard you save The Black Panther from The KKK is that true?" Puma said.

"For sure. You know you look like Frosty The Snowman up here, right?" Sam said.

"Yeah, but you getting your vigilante money. Shout out to the Avengers!" Puma said.

"Come on, man. I know you wish you had my beard. You just can't grow it." Sam said.

"Hey, give the new Cap a drink, man." Puma said.

"Im planning on speaking on rally for George Floyd, next week."

"Thats whats up. You finally looking out for the brothers, man. Cheers to that." Puma said as him and Sam cling glass and sip on champagne.

"I see ya later on." Sam said.

"You be safe out there." Puma said as he walked away.

"I don't know why you let that Sam Wilson breath." Aaron said.

"What do you mean, bro. Listen, Sam aint never done shit to us. He been through enough hell and back." Puma said.

"So what? Screw that! I'm gonna take his wings off from him." Aaron said.
